- La Huaca del Sol - Located under the pyramid-shaped Cerro Blanco at the south edge of town, the site is a unique experience and a great way to explore the Moche culture. Only downside is they no longer let you clamber about on your own and the internal chambers of the Huaca de la Luna are now closed to visitors .
