Once your booking reservation is made online, please bring your confirmation QR code to our facility at Periwinkle & Shirvan Rd., located in Buccoo, 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Upon arrival, you will receive a brief safety instruction covering riding etiquette and the e-bike, along with a safety helmet. You will then be in the capable hands of one of our professional tour guides. After the tour concludes, the guide will return you to our facility for some quick photos and farewells. Our facility offers secure parking for those who arrive in their own vehicles.
