Pick this tour!!! - I was lucky to get JC as my guide today. To say he was amazing, doesn’t even begin to give him the accolades he deserves. He was patient and encouraging with me. This was my first time climbing and rappelling and he made me feel confident and safe. If you are deciding if you should do this tour or not- you will not be disappointed! Pick it. The best experience for a first time outdoor climber! - My niece and I booked the half day rock climbing trip with Arizona Climbing Guides. Our guide was Javan, and he was absolutely amazing. Not only was he very patient with us first timers, but he gave us technical explanations for why he did everything and placed safety first. My niece and I had an absolute blast and we cannot wait to book another trip!

Don’t miss this one! - This trip was amazing from the very beginning. Javan made every effort to make us feel at ease and just enjoy the experience. The views were breathtaking, the repelling spectacular, and the bouldering and scrambling was just so fun. Highly recommend!!!!

In Javan We Trust - Wonderful adventures for my family! We booked both canyoneering and rock climbing for two separate days of our vacation. We have a 15 year old and 8 year old, and our guide Javan was excellent with them both. He advised us well as to switching our canyoneering and rock climbing days due to weather, and we even turned our canyoneering into another fabulous rock climbing adventure based on his honest description of the challenges, especially with a younger kid.

Highly recommend - Our guide Javan was wonderful and adaptable. Our family of four (boys aged 12 and 15 and 50ish Mom and Dad) had a great time climbing at Saguaro NP. Javan came up with a plan after rain prevented our canyoning trip and snow prevented accessing Mt Lemmon. We still ended up with a great day. Thank you Javan!

Half day climbing experience - My friends and I did a half day guided climbing trip with Jayci and we had a great time! 2 of my friends had never climbed before and Jayci made them feel very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend!

When Life Gives You Lemmon - Tucson has great access to nature, and the opportunity to climb Mt. Lemmon presented a nice change of pace and muscle group in a week of hiking. I called in advance and was given useful input on which option might work best for me. ACG accommodated my schedule and the gear I could stuff into my carry-on. Jayci, who I spoke to on the phone and my guide for the day, was knowledgeable and attentive to my skill level when picking a wall and identifying some climbs. He was present throughout the day, allowing me time to solve my own problems and providing input when appropriate. It was an incredibly positive experience and I'd recommend giving them a call if you're considering climbing in/around Tucson. To top it off, I even got a stellar recommendation for a sandwich-eating spot further up the mountain 👌 it was a great day

Its official! I climbed a rock! - This activity was a lot of fun. I was a little intimidated at the beginning because I had never done anything similar before, but Javan was great at explaining the equipment, techniques, taking pictures and had extensive knowledge of the area. After repelling, climbing and repellig the 40 feet climb again, I still had plenty of time left in the tour. I decided that this was enough climbing for the day, so Javan was nice enough to guide me through a hike for the rest of the time. This was great as the views are breathtaking!!
