- Saguaro National Park - Experience one of the most stunning displays of natural desert landscape the Southwest has to offer on our Saguaro National Park East E-bike tour! This park is both a local and visitor favorite for young and old alike. It’s an easy ride with beautiful Sonoran Desert vistas unique to Tucson and its surrounding mountains. The 8-mile loop we ride is paved and winds up and down as a super fun and unique ride through the desert. Riders will view native plants and animals while surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Sonoran Desert, including a stop at the Visitor’s Center on the way out. We’ll finish back at Saguaro Corners for a drink and bite to eat (not included).

- Do you have child or pet carriers on two wheels to tow behind your bikes? - No
- Due to biking being a physical activity (yes, even e-biking!) all riders must be in physical shape to operate an electric bike
- Due to the model of e-bikes we utilize, all riders must be under 260 lbs. and 6’ 5” tall. Those who do not fit these criteria will not safely fit on our e-bikes.
- All riders must be 16 years or older to operate electric bike.

Awesome E-Bike Tour - John was a great tour guide for this wonderful e-bike tour. He is very knowledgeable of the history, wildlife, plants, climate & features of the area. We enjoyed a pleasant & fun bike ride that featured a great mix of terrain (both on & off-road). Young adults in our group had a great time too.

Best way to see Saguaro Park by far! - James was an awesome guide. I think that the e bikes are the best way to take in all that Saguaro Park has to offer. We have been thru in a car but that doesn't do the park justice. James added all the background info about the flora and fauna and back story to Indian history as well.

Spectacular experience - This was so enjoyable. Bikes were easy to operate. The pace was not harried. Guide (Chris) was very nice but more importantly knowledgeable of flora, fauna and local history. The scenery was breathtaking. I would do this e-bike tour again and will be recommending to all.

Excellent! - My husband and I had a great time today. Our guide was Jeff. He was extremely knowledgeable, and we learned so much about the area, the cacti, and the wildlife while enjoying the outdoors on the e-bike. We were first-time riders and loved it! Would definitely recommend it!

Great bikes and guides in a beautiful must see area - Book with this company! The owner, James, took us out personally when my hubby and I arrived on the wrong day and the group was too large. He did this without hesitation proving what a good businessman and kind man he is. The bikes worked great and had the most comfortable bike seats. The experience was top notch. James provided fun and interesting info about the desert, cacti, and wildlife along with some local stories and history. We learned a lot while getting a little exercise and enjoying the beautiful Tucson sunshine. Along the way James snapped photos of our adventure. The bike trail was paved with fun hills and curves that you could navigate at your own speed. The bikes handled the climbs well and we returned "happy campers". The natural beauty of this area is a "must see". Thank you James and staff at Tucson E-Bike Adventures!

Amazing Experience! - Great bike ride with a well informed guide! James answered any and all questions. Ample breaks and directions on how to proceed. On time! Beautiful and picturesque desert landscape.

Not for first time e-bikers - E-bike
We recently were on the e-bike group tour. As many have stated in previous reviews the training and training location is less than ideal. The training takes place in a restaurant parking lot with a large trash canister, trucks and traffic from the restaurant in the middle of the lot. The leader gave us a brief introduction to the bike. He described the pedal assist as well as the use of the throttle. When we asked further questions the instructor told us to just try the bike and get a feel. There was no instruction on how much to use the throttle or that the break cuts off the throttle. My husband went flying through the parking lot and flew over a gate and crashed because he did not understand the feel of the throttle. He was unable to go on the ride. In addition another member of our group who was freaked out by the accident didn’t feel comfortable going either. When we contacted the owner James he first checked on the well being of my husband but when asked for our money back he became rude and accusatory. He stated he had witnesses that we weren’t listening to the instructions and when trying to talk James wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. What actually was happening was those who knew how to ride e-bikes were trying to give more detailed instructions on the use of the bike. He also questioned why our person never used the break. The incident happened so fast. There wasn’t enough room in the parking lot to navigate and my husband was so shocked by the intensity of the throttle he just froze. Yes we all ride bikes but some never on e-bikes. My summary if you have never ridden an e-bike this isn’t the best place to start- no room for practice nor adequate instructions for first timers. Read other reviews who concur with this assessment.
