10/10 recommend - The driver was courteous and on time at our pick up spot. The excursion included 6 ziplines, amazing under ground cenote and atv ride through jungle! It was so much more than we expected, they really don’t charge enough for this experience so make sure you tip your guide. Our tour guide Isais was so nice, energetic and made this excursion so much fun.

Fun! - We had a great time. Would recommend for anyone to go and have fun a couple of family. Just be related to get muddy. But all you really need is sunglasses no bandana.

This experience was... - This experience was definitely the highlight of my trip. Our tour guide CJ was amazing, he was funny and very informative. That ATVs and zip lining was a lot of fun. And the cave cenote was an experience like no other. Be aware of the 30$ per person tax fee, it does say that in the description but a lot of people missed it. You’ll have to pay that once they pick you up.

Amazing tour - Highly recommend this! Our guide CJ was amazing, competent, encouraging and patient. Loved the ATV ride, but I did get tired. The zip lines were absolutely wonderful, some of us were a little scared to try it, but CJ was incredibly encouraging and we all completed them. The cenote swim was a great experience. I was too tired to the horseback riding, stayed back and had a great lunch. If you've never tried zip lining, this is a good place to start.

Great time - a bit disorganized - Isaiah was a friendly and knowledgable tour guide! However, we went on a very busy day so the activities seemed to be a bit disorganized throughout. The cenote was incredible and ATV/ziplining were both a lot of fun.

1/10 - do not recommend. Awful experience. - This was our only miss on an otherwise perfect vacation to Akumal. The only thing positive I can say is that our guide was very nice. We were told this would be a private tour for our group of 8. Not only was it not private, but we were in a group of almost 30 people. So you can imagine the slog it was to do anything. Upon arrival we were not greeted, but surrounded by people selling soda (no water), bandanas and water shoes. We were not offered water at all during the multi hour experience, so if you do go, be sure to bring your own. They were clearly overbooked - twice our guide took us to get helmets to start ziplines and ATVs but there weren't any available, so we did the "aquatic zipline" which was a joke - you're basically in a weird metal chair on a short zipline into a weird small pool - and then an awkward "mayan ceremony" followed by more hawking of goods. The "aquatic zipline" was bizarre and shortly after I had a rash all over my legs, I'm guessing from the gross water. When we finally got helmets it was clear they had not been sanitized and they smelled TERRIBLE. We were literally gagging and two of us got headaches from how bad they smelled. Then we got on the ATVs, which were not in great shape. 3 of us had ours break down while on the very weird looping ride, which was clearly meant to seem longer than it was. Another person in our group burned their leg on theirs. I've ridden ATVs dozens of times in multiple countries and these were terrible. The cenote was cool, but again, the life jackets we were forced to wear smelled so, so bad (like body odor) a few of us declined to do the cenote, just so we could get the gross life vests off our bodies. After that we just wanted to leave. We were grossed out, didn't feel like it was a good experience and a few of us were not feeling well physically. However, the staff told us we could not leave until the entire group was done, 2hrs later. They were completely unhelpful and it seemed insane for us to be trapped there with no way out. Luckily we were able to get a friend to pick us up, but we had to walk the mile plus out of there so we could drop a pin and be found, because the place doesn't even have signage. Terrible, terrible experience. No offer of refund. No apology. The booking agency ghosted for hours and then claimed they forgot to tell us they couldn't secure a private tour. Would absolutely not recommend this place or Cancun Guru (the booking agency we used via Trip Advisor).

Think twice before you book - Terribly coordinated. We waited outside our hotel gate in the rain for 40 minutes and were not picked up. Called the tour guide 3 times in the duration and he kept saying “few more minutes” yet still no where to be seen half an hour later. Ultimately called TripAdvisor to cancel the trip. Think twice before booking this one.
