Super fun! - The whole experience itself was wonderful. Our guide was Julio and made the whole experience much more fun. It was a very well spent day and Julio is a super well disposed and fun person. The staff was very friendly. The only negative aspect was in relation to the horses, which we had planned but decided by choice not to do by the appearance of the horses, do not seem to be well appreciated in our opinion. But todad the other activities is super recommended!

A full day of fun! - This is s great tour for all ages. For zip lining there are various levels and you can do all or any of your choice. Very flexible. Our guide Sergio was amazing!! He was very accommodating and took care of everyone in the group. He was very helpful and friendly. He made sure the pace of the tour suited everyone’s needs. He was a 5 star tour guide. My only suggestion would be to pack some snacks because lunch is provided at the end and it’s around 1:30-2:00 pm. All activities are super fun. Pack water shoes for the Cenote activities. Horseback riding was at the end and was cut short to a small walk but you can opt out of it too. On the whole a great full day trip. Thanks Sergio, for being an awesome guide:)

Good Experience - This experience was mostly worth the money. After comparing many similar options in Tulum, I decided on this for a group of 5. The deciding factor was the added horseback riding experience. Although I'm rating it 4 stars, here's my overall breakdown:
1. Our guide Christian was great, super engaging and funny. Top tier.
2. The ATVs were good but I wish we had more of a tour-like experience. We spent close to 45 minutes, but we basically went down a long path, turned around and came back down the same path. Plenty of rough terrain, mud, rocks to enjoy them though.
3. Ziplines were fun. 5 ziplines in total, the last two being very high and long! My only complaint is that they didn't let us know there is a weight requirement for some of the ziplines, so one person missed two of the five. This was a major disappointment as the experience was booked for that specific person.
4. Horseback riding was unnecessary. This was maybe 15-20 minutes of a slow and guided ride which was literally outside the park and back. Think of the horseback rides typically seen at a carnival or kids birthday party.
5. The cenote was beautiful! You spend about 30-40 minutes swimming/walking through it learning about the history and significance of the cenote. You don't have to be a great swimmer to experience the cenote. Beware though, it is initially very cold. There are some fruit bats but they weren't noticeable and were very quiet.
6. Lunch was okay. It should hold you until you get to where you'd like to go afterward.
Overall, it was fun and my group had a good time.

Good half-day experience for a family with teens - The cenote was the highlight of the trip. The ATVs were fun but it’s pretty quick, wish that part was a bit longer. The long zip line was great, but the others were ok. It’s like having a teaser as you would want to zip line a little more in the jungle. The horseback riding was the least enjoyable as you rode the same road as the ATVs, a guide was pulling your horse so you didn’t have the freedom to ride it yourself. Should at least gone on a trail vs the road. The ride was a total of 10 minutes long. Horses were beautiful & well maintained. Our guide, Rafael, was amazing. Lots of interesting information about the history. Food was simple, but we enjoyed it. Be sure to tip so remember to bring the extra cash. The photo package was a bit expensive. After looking at them today, I should have negotiated because some were quiete blurry.

Good experience - Pickup was not in the lobby and actually outside main gate which was not communicated well but once figured out things went smoothly. ATV riding went very well, they sell bandanas to help with the dust and I would suggest buying one or bringing your own as the dust is terrible on the roads used. Our horseback riding portion wasn't shared by everyone else in our group, seemed pushed in on the side and hurried so we could "catch up" with everyone else, not a favorite moment of the tour. Ziplines were fu but we were still playing catchup so hurried through, terrain is like an intense hike already so the extra effort was a bit grueling. The rappel is almost a joke, going down maybe 15 feet over a ledge, but it is there. The Cenote swim at the end was actually very cool, especially the water temp! Be prepared for a cold dip but well worth it after all the exercise and to see a cool cave. A couple taquitos with beans and rice for lunch rounds it all out, not gourmet or going to stuff you but gets the job done.

Great excursion without horseback riding - Good excursion and a great host. However, the horseback riding was a complete waste of time. It was about 5 minutes and we went down the road and back. One of the riders, an employee was holding onto the horse the entire ride, while the rest of us, they didn’t. Most definitely was not worth the extra money. However, the rest of the trip was great. Plus, they initially told us they would meet us at a hotel, and on our way there, they tell us sorry. We can’t go there anymore. And they were late for pick up. But other than that, it was good. Lunch was “ok.” The host definitely made the experience
