Historic trip - I highly recommend checking this out, the tour guides tell you some of the history before you get there on the bus since it is a 3 hour drive there and back so it’s a full day trip. Everyone was nice and friendly the food was included in our package and was super yummy. The bus does get cold so make sure you bring a jacket or something warm. The sun when you get there is pretty brutal so make sure you take a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and they will give you umbrellas. You do need to bring a little cash to tip the guides and if you want to buy any souvenirs. I would definitely go again and they take you to the Cenotes as well which was super zen you learn a lot and super cool to see something that old.
