AMAZING! Dont hesitate! Just book this trip!!! - This trip is amazing! Ruben is a great and really passionate about giving the very best experience. The cenotes he took us to were beautiful and we had them to ourselves. We had done a trip a few days before to a Cenote with a different company and you just couldnt move for how busy it was.
My son (7 years old, also autistic) was scared in the underwater cenote but Ruben took such good care of him, let him hold on to the ring he took and talked to him clearly and helped guide him through and he ended up having an amazing time and he says it was his favourite day of our holiday.
The car was lovely and full of snacks and drinks and the restaurant Ruben took us to was lovely and the food was exceptional.
We cannot thank Ruben enough. He went out of his way to give us the best trip ever, he even dropped us off to do some shopping and came back and got us later - which was not part of the excursion but goes to show how dedicated and amazing he is to his customer.
Out of this world! Thank you Ruben!!!

Suprise engagement very SPECIAL PRIVATE tour in the cenote San Actin - I booked the 'Private Tour Cenotes Sac Actun The Longest Underground River' to make a Spectacular surprise proposal in that beautiful cenote.
What a dreamy experience!
We asked to start the tour very early, pick up at 7:15 and Ruben and Ulises were so kind to accomodate that. We went to the first cenote Sac Actun - we were the very first one, no one was there, even the park rangers were still having breakfast :). We had all the cave for ourselves, Fantastic. The atmosphere is magic.
Ulises our guide/driver/photographer is AMAZING. He drove us from the hotel in a very nice car and he shared tons of stories about the Mayan culture. He gave us all the equipment (torches , snorkel, jackets) and even had water/snacks for us and a GoPro to record the whole tour.
I managed to talk to him briefly when my girlfriend was busy distracted so we coordinated the plan for the engagement surprise beforehand. He tour started with a swim in the semi open cenote then we went on the caves and at some point the little beach with the three, the 'Pet cemetery' unveiled. He was ready recording and made believe my gf he wanted to take an 'Instagram' photo, and instead I appeared from the back and proposed. Brilliant!
After the emotions calmed a bit we continued the tour and went tot he other cenone for a swim and eventually to a very beautiful restaurant in the forest to eat vegetarian food called Holistika
This tour was perfect, eveything was super safe/organised and the owner Ruben and the guide Ulises Alejandro Morales were both top notch (even if I booked only a day in advance).
Highly recommended!

You won’t regret it!!! - The Cenote tour was fantastic! Rebecca was our guide and she was so great. Smart and knowledgeable of all the cenotes, history and geography. I went with my husband and four boys that are ages 15-21. The Sac-Actun was a truly unique experience, nothing like it. Swimming in the underground cenote caves under the bats was a wow for us all. Definitely made memories! Bonus, the lunch stop afterwards was just the cherry on top. Fun place to grab lunch and a cold beer. Lunch was included but drinks weren’t and the machine wasn’t accepting our card. So I suggest bringing cash which saved us.

Private tour of secluded open and underground cenotes, including snorkeling in a deep, dark bat cave. - Unexpectedly one of the coolest, most unique things I've ever done. Guide was extremely accommodating and knowledgable.
