Overall a very pleasant tour - We really enjoyed the three cenotes and the lagoon, the guide was quite helpful, but we didn't go to the playa, which didn't bother me at all, cause I am not a big fan of Cancun's beaches anyway

Good value and adventure! - The cenotes were a nice variety. The first two were very beautiful. The third, was rather lack luster comparatively. However, it had some shops, some eateries, and a pool on the property. I absolutely loved the lagoon. It was BEAUTIFUL and peaceful. The place where we stopped for lunch had delicious food!! And the portions were quite large. The only issue was the initial pickup. There was a communication breakdown on where they came to pick me up and the “tour” company name on the tour guide’s shirt was NOT the same as the “tour” company’s name on Viator. Plus the guide did not speak much English. Overall I had a GOOD adventure and would do it again!
