Mexico better than we think - This was my first time in Mexico and this was my second tour, I have witness the reality of the mexican people and their traditions Our tour guide was really kind and attentive to our needs, that applied to everyone since I saw him running around talking to everyone The guided tour at the ruins was great, the guide was telling us and showing all the important facts and stories of the ruins. We use our free time to sit around and relax, the ambience made us feel fresh since we were surrounded by nature At the restaurant they did a dance show and it was great! I tipped happily, they did try to sell us multiple stuff but I just say no (that's the hussle) My family went inside the cenote and did some diving jumps, I tried but coudn't do any tricks lol

Guided and free time - We got an amazing guide! He took us all over Chichen Itza and explained all of the buildings and structures, he made sure that we were listening and at the end he gave us free time to do another lap The food was good and filling, the restaurant looked clean and the service was good The cenote was really cold but it had great spots for photos

Not family friendly - Chaotic and disorganized! They were 40min late picking up, then had to return to the pickup point after we left to shift passengers between vans. Totally unapologetic. The stop at the town was a waste of time because they could only give us 28min and it was so touristy and crowded you could barely walk anywhere. There was an extra stop at another very touristy area which was a money grab, as well there were unexpected fees for life jackets (even though we had our own) at the Cenote. Our tour guide meant well, but was not receptive of the passengers and talked a lot in a way that was not engaging. The best part of the day was when we got free time at Chitchen Itza to do our own thing. This is not a family friendly tour! Also, found out other passengers paid different prices for the same tour.
