One wonder of the world - We did a full day tour of Chichén Itzá, denote and valladolid. Ricardo, Blanca, and Diego were our guide and they did a great job. Ricardo showed us a way to see the snake image on the ruin without being on the actual day and time of the equinox

History Maya to the Maximum Splendor!!!! - Victor Hugo of Globo Go! It made our stay in Cancun a reality with the reservation with this tour where we visited tulum, a beautiful cenote and Mayan cuisine as such some products made by the same Mayans was spectacular, Carlos Moo was our guide and the attention of him and the spectacular driver, What I loved most besides the places is that the personalized attention of our guide made us more enjoyable the stay and exciting at the same time know our history and Mayan culture. I would definitely come back and do it again. Thank you all for this beautiful experience that in particular seemed to me a dream.

13 hours, lots of information and how to spend a fantastic day - A very complete excursion, both in terms of seeing sites and having time and explanation and knowledge. The excursion lasted 13 hours, and it is true that in the heat that it was in Chichen Itza was hard, but then a soak to the Cenote Ik Kill passes quickly. Very grateful to Blanca, Jerry and Abel for the treatment and explanations, the 2 1/2-hour trip made it very bearable with their explanations of Chichen Itza and the Mayans. Jerry guided us on the premises and you can tell that he likes history and has the gift of speaking. To finish the visit after the Cenote, we saw a community with a typical dance and a buffet of tortillas. Then half an hour through Valladolid and back to the hotel. We end up tired but it is very worth it!

Bad service, lack of empathy with older adults. - We visited Chichen Itza on Sunday 08.09.24. It was a Family Tour, my parents are 70 years old. Guide walked too fast and it was very difficult for my parents to follow him. My Family is composed of both foreigners and Mexicans, we both pay the same price for the tour. Despite having paid the entrance fee to Chichen Itza, the Guide made us train for the free Sunday ticket for Mexicans. When asking if we would be refunded the money the Guide replied that the tour was the same and we were not refunded the money despite having saved three tickets.
