Meet your host Sam: a seasoned professional with 20 years in the food & beverage industry, a master of cocktail crafting, and an aficionado of Mexico’s agave-based spirits—from mezcal to…gin! Indeed, he represented the pioneering company that produced the first gin from agave, incorporating 32 botanicals sourced from every state in the country. Although Sam was born in Mexico City, he spent two decades in New York before relocating to Tulum. Now, besides leading tastings and teaching mixology classes, he is a highly sought-after guest bartender at some of the finest bars in the Riviera Maya.
Sam’s co-host, Ben, is a cocktail enthusiast and social alchemist committed to creating unique experiences that foster connections between people and places.
