Beautiful sailing trip - Had a wonderful time on this day trip to isla de Mujeres where the crystalline blue waters allowed us to enjoy swimming in the ocean. The crew were friendly and the music was great too.

Awesome experience! - So much fun! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very safe environment and clean, nice boat. Lunch was really good and service was amazing. The snorkeling and swimming were only about 20 min each but it’s a really fun way to get to the island rather than using the ferry. Also a great price for the experience. The pick up van was nice, on time, good AC, etc.

5 Stars for Shiva and her crew on boat 4 - I had read mixed reviews before booking this excursion and was skeptical but gave it a shot. I am SOOO glad I did! Three friends and I (along with approximately 15 other guests) had the BEST time on this excursion! Shiva was our tour guide and helped make this trip extra memorable. She was charismatic, kind, and had a contagious smile. The entire crew on the catamaran was exceptional. The bartenders, food preparers, drivers, etc were all very kind, helpful, and went the extra mile to make the trip worthy of a 5-star review. I did not realize when I booked this trip (leaving out of Tulum) that it required a 2.5-hour bus ride into Cancun to get on the catamaran.... however, it was nice to have the 2.5-hour drive back to Tulum to rest and recover from the day drinking and time in the sun. The driver was great and the van had AC that worked great!

I definitely recommend living this wonderful experience through this team!

The guides were kind. I... - The guides were kind. I wouldn’t recommend snorkeling in this excursion, waves were rough and barely any sealife. The experience felt rushed with guide constantly yelling and blowing whistle in water.
Great to just cruise and swim at Beach. Food and drinks were great

10 hour trip!!! - Boat and crew was Top Notch! Everyone was so attentive! The boat was very clean and looked brand new. The food was very tasty and the drinks were great! I have only one big complaint and that is I was unaware of the long drive from pick up to the port. I had no idea we would be traveling from Tulum to Cancun for this activity. The ride to and from was about 1 1/2 each way making this a very long all day trip. We left at 10am and did not get back until after 8 pm. We missed our dinner reservations due to this and spent over 3 hours in a van traveling to and from the port. Information provided and times were very misleading.

Just take the ferry - I think this would have been great fun had it not been for the weather. I really wish the company would've cancelled it for rain. I'm not from the area so when I saw rain forecast I thought it would maybe be pop up showers and figured if the entire day would have been rain, they would cancel. I mean, they would know better than me, right? No, they will not cancel unless the harbor master says no boats out. Even though I would have been out the money, I wouldn't have been out the time and irritation, so I should have not gone. Unfortunately, I've got a bad taste in my mouth for this company so I'll not book with them again. You can take a taxi to the harbor and take the ferry out and enjoy the beach. The shopping area they take you to is just like all the other tourist shopping areas in Mexico selling the same stuff for different prices.
Lesson learned: book last minute or take the ferry for much cheaper!

Perfect organization… - 6 hours of bus travel for 3 hours on site…. A 20-minute bus pick-up, then 20 minutes late for the return when getting off the boat... no one answers the calls... no information on the content of the service. A guide supposedly in French and in fact Mexican. Dear paid paradise…
