Perfect activity - The staff was great. Pickup and communication was seamless. Paola, Charlie, Paula, Miguel and David were wonderful. Would recommend this activity. The food was decent, but I would have brought my own snacks.

Highly recommended! - Clemente, Guero were excellent guide/staff while David did an amazing job capturing our valuable memories!! The entire trip we felt like royalty! We were treated so well!! I absolutely loved the entire experience!!

MUST TO DO IT! - I had an incredible catamaran trip with Paradise Adventours! The snorkeling was astonishing, showcasing vibrant coral reefs and abundant marine life. The crew was fun and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The catamaran was impeccable—spacious and comfortable. Plus, the delicious food and cold drinks added the perfect touch. Highly recommend this adventure!

Beautiful! - We loved the catamaran and the lovely staff. Clean and spacious and relaxing. My only complaint is that the snorkeling portion was very short. Would have preferred a more laid back experience rather than “ok everyone out and back”. It was way less than an hour - maybe 30 minutes. But if you’re not a snorkeling nut you’ll love it!

Tulum - We enjoyed our time and it was so fun. The crew laid out everything so well for us. We will be doing this again

Great Experience Overall - The service was impeccable! Matt and his team were very friendly and attentive to the group. It was a windy afternoon so the ride out was rough and there were many times where you get splashed with water. However, the ride back was very smooth. Highly recommend this excursion.

Fun. - The boat ride was fun. The crew was very friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. The food was decent, drinks were pretty good. Only con I had was the music. I would recommend it.

Loved it except for whoever is operating the Customer Care Line!!! - The positive. The tour operator (Clement) and staff is what made this cruise exceptional. They were informative, helpful, energetic and fun. Views were gorgeous, snorkeling was fun, food was great and drinks were on point. I would say that this was the highlight of my trip to Tulum and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing boat/catamaran ride. The negative. It was our first day in Tulum and so getting to the meeting point was a little difficult for us. Instead of assist us with how to get there we were berated and disprespected by whoever operates the Paradise Adventours CUSTOMER CARE Whatsapp AND CUSTOMER CARE Viator accounts because we were a few minutes late, and they threatened to leave us. That person was very unhelpful and needs to be fired. He refused to pick up the phone once the van left or to help with an alternative plan on meeting. He almost completely ruined the day for us, especially since he had NO idea that Paradise Adventure Tours DIRECTOR told us to meet the van in another location that was closer to our Airbnb (when it wasn't by walking) which is why were late. They need to communicate better with one another in future, as it is clear that that rude person clearly does not like their jobs/dealing with people and are unhappy with life because it was VERY unneccessary. Another customer complained on the van that he was rude to her as well and demanded to know who was behind the Whatsapp. IF the boat wasn't so amazing I would have given the trip poor reviews all because of this/these particular person! Do better!!!

Disappointment - The tour was rescheduled to an alternate tour due to weather conditions, but we were not told until after we were transported to the marina and were checking in. The transportation from the meeting point to the marina was on time, safe, and clean. Upon arrival, I was told they could not refund my money through them and that I could try through Viator, but it was too late, as we were leaving in 20 minutes. We opted to go on the alternate tour, since it was our last day in Tulum and so we wouldn’t lose our money. The tour alternative was described as to anchor the boat in a bay with calm waters. Paddle boarding was available, but no snorkeling. This bay would later be filled with other boats probably with the same weather problem. The boat was clean and nice. But, when we were about to leave the marina a huge storm came and it poured down rain and was really windy. We circled in the marina a few times getting drenched and blown around ( we thought they were going to take us back) but the crew decided to still take us out into the open waters. It was really scary. The ocean was really, really rough, the waves were big, and we were being soaked in our clothes with rain. As we plowed through the waves, Many yelled to go back, but they kept going. My family was scared. About 15 minutes later we arrived to the marina where we stayed several hours and way longer than anticipated. I’m not sure why, perhaps the weather or ? The marina was crowded with other boats and guests coming in and out. The smell of exhaust was strong, music was competing among all the boats, and people were getting intoxicated. The crew were VERY attentive with serving drinks and nice to guests. They were really working hard. In my opinion, some people were way over served. Albeit, it was open bar, but you can tell when someone has had enough. I would have left with my family if I could have after observing some guests behavior. I assumed we stayed so long and the open bar drinks were so generous due to the change in plans and they wanted to make guests happy. The lunch was just okay. Overall this day was a disappointment. The alternative was not worth the money and safety and comfort of the passengers should come first. BTW no safety measures regarding life preservers were shared with guests. They should spend a minute on this esp. when taking guests out in these weather conditions. However, When a guest was shoved overboard by another guest and injured they did attend to his wounds and have him sign a waiver. I only give this tour a 2 because they crew and van transportation had good service, but the company should not have sent guests out in these weather conditions and over-serve to that extent. This was not a luxury tour.
