Great Views, Calming, & so Much Fun! - Great vibes, it rained but it was still a good time with music open bar and great customer service. Can’t wait to visit again! The food was amazing!

Making a wrong and Right. - I wrote a review about their misleading information and forced cancellation on July 14. I am gladly writing a review to retract my statement because Victor called me back after speaking to Carlos, and made it right. Misleading Experience - This was a very misleading experience. First, they said they wouldn’t pick us up, yet we ended up spending an hour in the van picking up other parties joining the boat, at their hotels. Secondly, it says it’s in Tulum but it was about an hour away and we didn’t plan time for an hour drive to and from the experience. Also, the experience says it’s a max of 15 people, and there was about 30-35 people and that was not the intimate luxury experience we expected. The boat was a regular catamaran - not sure what made it luxury. Lastly, it says it’s 3 hours and 15 min on the boat but the boat ride was 2 hours. This was disappointing.

This is a scam. - Confirmed this is a scam. They did not show up after waiting 45 minutes and we had to cancle. They did not respond to questions around pickup time. Ruined our new years eve. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU GO ELSEWHERE.

Need refund - We never had a guide pick us up or respond to our messages - can we get a refund? We messaged our driver to confirm and never heard anything back nor was the driver at the pick up place we agreed previously.

They canceled - They canceled on us an hour before due to water they should have done it in the morning so we would have had time to do something else they were very nice about it tho
