STP Caribe are definitely the best. - Once again STP Caribe came through for us . Our flight from Miami to Cancun was delayed and we arrived really late (2:00am) and they were there waiting for us . If you really want a reliable transportation/ transfer , these are the people for sure . And the trip from the Hotel back to the Airport was really smooth and on time . Juan Daniel was really friendly and very professional.

Serene ride into Tulum - Riding into Tulum with Alfredo was very relaxing. We were greeted with cool towelettes and water and he is super friendly. The car was pristine and comfortable.

Gracias por el viaje - Oscar was a friendly driver, very courteous, who took us to Tulum from Cancun. His driving was good and we felt safe throughout the trip.

Ask for Juan Daniel - he's the best driver we've ever had! - Juan Daniel, our driver, was incredibly helpful and made the trip very smooth. We have been to Cancun many times and the trip with Juan was, by far, the smoothest and easiest transfer ever. If Juan could fly an airplane, I'd ask him to fly us home too! Even in large companies like STP Caribe, individual drivers can be very different, and Juan is the best we've ever had. If you can, ask for Juan Daniel to be your driver, do it! Your vacation will be sooooo much easier!

Wonderful arrival - Alberto Ventura was wonderful! He was very kind, helpful, and super pleasant. Car was comfortable and very clean! He greeted us with a cold towel and even colder coronita. :) en la mar, la vida es mas bueno:)

Perfect Way to Start and End Your Vacation - Met up with Carlos on walking out of Cancun airport- no issues finding him his Granny Smith shirt stood out, even in all that chaos! Osvaldo drove us from the Cancun airport to our hotel in Tulum; Juan Daniel drove us from our hotel to the Cancun airport for the return trip. Both of them were friendly, courteous, and very good drivers! They navigated through all the traffic with great efficiency. They send an email asking what snacks and beverages you will be wanting, which is great too! Found STP Caribe through Viator and so glad I did, because it was the perfect transport experience to begin and end our vacation. Drive was a long one (around 2 hrs, but they say can be longer depending on traffic) so be sure to hit the restroom at the airport/hotel before you get on the road.

Perfect way to end the Vacation - Juan Daniel arrived early and it was a relaxed drive in a bug cushy SUV from the hotel back to Cancun airport. Exactly the kind of experience you want at the end of your vacation.

Great experience - I was able to change the pickup location to a different hotel. They where on time and very professional. It was a comfortable ride.

Dangerous driver - First driver, CUN > Tulum, a VERY tall guy, picked us up in a sedan (not the usual SUV / van). He was looking at this phone the entire trip, texting someone, from the highway to the winding, narrow roads, all 2 hours, which was very dangerous. Didn’t say hello or goodbye. Second driver was professional and terrific. We’ve used this company before, and last time the experience was much more professional.
