Must see!! - This excursion is a must if you are staying anywhere in the area. I booked the tour with hotel pickup in Playa Del Carmen. The drive was approximately 3 to 3-1/2 hours, but the commute was well worth it. The bus was very comfortable and roomy. Plenty of space to relax, take a nap, watch tv….. the bus included WiFi service which was great! The pink lakes (pink salt flats) need to be seen in person to really enjoy. The whole itinerary from the pink lakes to the speed boat to the Mayan mud bath was so much fun. Lunch was excellent and the last stop at the crocodile farm was awesome.

Beautiful Pink Lakes - It was a great experience with the pink lakes. I didn’t know that it is a salt producing site. Very educational and with great pictures. We also got to see crocodiles, a boat ride and beach. A very full and fun day!

"Simply a must in your trip to Riviera Maya and México" - "Simply a must in your trip to Riviera Maya and México" Our tour with this company was incredible, since the pick up, all the people so gentle and ready to assist you, we travel on a new bus with Air and the lunch was great. The explanation of the guide was perfect, he told us what to do and what not. Despite was a cluody day, we arrive to "Las Coloradas" and the water was Totally Pink, they explain us why is this possible. We take a lot of pictures and videos there. After that we went in a boat by the river and we saw animals in their natural habitat, crocodiles, Flamingos, a lot of birds, and if you have luck you can see Jaguars there. Then we went for the meal, was delicious and enough for a big guy like me. We finish visiting a farm of crocodiles, you can see them, touch them, even take pictures with this amazing animals. The treat with this company was incredible, I will back and make another tours with Translamex.

Must see! - Interesting and beautiful places to visit. Translamex sa de cv tour co pros- places visited on the itinerary was cool. Enjoyed the boat tour and walking in the mud! Bring appropriate footwear. Lunch was ok. Cons- 1. late pickup. Waited 60 mins, tried contacting tour co but got disconnected. Even our hotel tried too. 2. Communication by the tour guide were limited and she had to alternate between the 2 minibuses. Instead of having max of 15 ppl in this tour we had nearly doubled.

Great day out - Love the pink lake and the ruins. Haveing fun exploring the past and seeing the beautiful landscape. It's a full day 14 hours you really get your money worth. I also had the opportunity to get a coconut drink refreshing. My mom had a lot of fun.

No pink beach at las coloradas - You will be truly dissapointed when you get there after hours driving from Merida, Cancun or whenever you get there from, the truth is the pink water are square ponds that the the company that industrializes salt made for pink salt, there is not a beach there, once you get close by a bunch of men in motorcycles tells you you have to go with them paying 350 pesos per person and they walk you in front of the pink ponds 😳 a walk you can do by yourself, they are a union so you can’t go to the beach which is across those square ponds! Not worth it at all!

Absolutely awfuk - Absolutely awful. The guide didn’t even look for me or shouted my name. I was right in front of the hotel and he left without me. The costumer service was absolutely awful. Kept not replying to me and I ended up waiting almost an hour for a bus that had left.
