Amazing trip and experience - As a family of four with two little girls we emailed the company before booking to get an idea on which tour to choose to get the best out of it. We were given the choice of a standard or private tour but the private tour offering a boat out to possibly helps the girls feel more comfortable, no pressure and just advice. We opted for the private ruins and turtle swimming and it didn’t disappoint. We had Mariano, Angel and Dennis. Mariano was so good and tailored the ruins tour to the girls stamina. It was hot so we cut it slightly short but made sure we saw the main sights. We then hit the beach for the turtles. Mariano gave us standard goggles for our youngest and while she cried most of the snorkelling again Mariano always made sure we were comfortable and offered us solutions if we needed to change anything. The photos from Dennis came out really well and we could not buy them. Angel found us an ATM on the way back too. Overall we would not hesitate in recommending our team!

Very successful excursion stones/turtles/cave splashing - We were with Arcadij on 05.08.2024 on tour to Tulum (ancient stones, so education) /Akumal (turtles) /Yum Balam (cenote swimming). We were picked up on time in front of the hotel in an air-conditioned minibus, water and snacks were at our disposal throughout the tour. Afterwards we went with a stopover to pick up two more guests and with a total of 10 people to Tulum - here already thanks for the tip that no disposable bottles are allowed in Tulum - other drinking bottles were allowed!!! Here we spent about 2 hours partly with guided tour partly with leisure time. Luckily we had an umbrella. Then we went to Akumal for snorkeling with the turtles. The equipment provided was good and included in the price. From here Jimena accompanied us, who took photos of the group and the individual participants. Even though Akumal is very crowded, the snorkeling groups were well distributed after a short boat trip. Shortly after setting down we were allowed to see the first turtle and it did not stop there. We were able to understand the previously communicated diving rules all the better because we had unfortunately expected a little more from the reef there. Through us, man, this has been very severely affected... After about 1 hour we were back on land and full of new impressions about these partly impressive, partly cute animals. Afterwards we went in swimwear to the last stop of our tour - Yum Balam. Here we had lunch - typical Mexican. After a short walk we finally got what we needed that day, a dip in the cool - 18°C pleasant crystal clear water. Here, too, Arkadij led us through the Cenote, explaining in great detail its origins and cultural significance. After we were back outside and got ready there was a short presentation of the photos, which could be purchased for - according to my previous experience - a very humane price. We received these 180 pictures about 2 days later via download link. All in all - a great trip with Arkadij in the team Barcadij. Gladly again, then the whale shark tour! Stephan

Review of Private Tulum ruins, and snorkel - This trip was one of the highlights of our holiday to Mexico. It was competitively priced, the communication was excellent and informative. I was able to communicate easily with the office, with the staff being particularly helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of our tour guide Ismael. He really is a credit to the company, incredibly knowledgeable and did his utmost to make our experience as special as possible. The driver Martin was also a credit to the company. We additionally had the benefit of Mel, a photographer to capture some really special moments. She too is very knowledgeable and very talented. Thank you Ocean Tours Riviera Maya and particular thanks to Ismael, Martin and Mel. I would recommend them as a company and would use again.

Great experience!! - This was a great experience! Alejandro was an excellent guide. Note the Tulum part was extremely hot but that can’t be changed! It was nice doing the snorkeling after to cool down!! I highly recommend this tour company for all your excursions! Customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond in all areas!!

Snorkeling with turtles, excursion to Tulum and cenote. - We had a wonderful and unrepeatable day. The guide Tomás accompanied us with his humor and perfectly explained the Mayan history and culture. Furthermore, he was concerned at all times about our comfort, looking for shade because it was terribly hot in Tulum. The driver Eric took us everywhere perfectly and Alan's photos turned out wonderfully. The burritos they fed us were very tasty, especially the pork ones.

X - Raúl was the best Tourguide ever! He showed us a lot of amazing places and always took care. Would definetely do it again!

Best Guide - Loved our private tour guide, Hamlet. Our photographer and our driver,Tony. Had so much fun that we special ordered them for another private tour. Would recommend them to anyone. Awesome!

Informative, safe, impressive. - We went on tour with our guide Arkadii on April 12, 2024. It was a very nice tour that showed everything we wanted! Arkadii also had a great knowledge of nature and local wildlife. We were particularly impressed with our driver Sergio, who not only drove us safely but also provided excellent service. Brilliant Tour! - It was an amazing tour! The ruins were really cool and definitely worth seeing, and then the turtle swimming was in Incredible!! The guide, Memo was also brilliant and very informative and kind!

Great trip with great staff - Everything was great. Driven Diego did a great job of getting us to where we needed to go and Victor was awesome. Did a great job of setting expectations from excursion to excursion, was very knowledgeable, and explained things such that it tied it all into the real Mayan world, and not just the mythology. Finally Matias was great at the photos and capturing us such that we had fun and didn’t notice him taking pictures.
