Recommended tour of ruins and a Cenote - The tour itself was very good however the company that we booked with appears to be a "reseller" as we were picked up by a different tour company and the pickup time was changed from 7 AM to 9AM and instead of our Hotel the pickup was changed to a location a few blocks away. The tour of the Tulum ruins was very good and we really enjoyed Coba . The guides were knowleadgeable and we leaned a lot about Mayan and pre-Mayan culture. We had a buffet lunch but be aware that with this tour you do not get ANY drinks - including water with your meal. You also have to pay 400 Pesos each in cash on the day of the tour. This is laid out when booking just make sure to have cash for this and any drinks at lunch and for mandatory lifejacked rentals a the Cenote ( 50 pesos each jacket). Other stops had drinks available and were able to take payment cards. After lunch we had a blessing cermony by a shaman which was a good cultural experience. We then went to an undergound Cenote for a swim and this was an amazing experience. If you swim , lifejackets are mandatory so bring cash for this. You will not be dissapointed. Overall a very good tour and we would recommend it to anyone .
