One of our best Experience In Cancun - I would like to start by saying that if we had to evaluate the level of customer service from Roberto, RaĂșl and William we have no words or rankings to say that we received more than excellent service! Very grateful to RaĂșl, I have been shocked by the amount he must drive to take us to these beautiful places! Roberto our guide, the level of knowledge he shared with us and his passionate way of wanting to make Mexican culture known! Definitely our respects for your patience throughout the tour! Let's not forget William, his very gentle way of being will take care of you during your trip with snacks and drinks! Thank you very much for everything to the 3 of you! From Costa Rica - let's say that we had a PURE LIFE đŸ‡šđŸ‡· -J&J

Tourist trap - The 5 in 1 handset: Departure from Cancun after picking up all the tourists from the different hotels which took at least 1 hour TULUM: OK Coba: to respect the (tight) schedule, the guide tells us that we have 1 hour to cover the 2 km out and the 2 km back to see the different archaeological sites. With children, it is complicated or even impossible to cover this distance in such a short time and still take time to enjoy the place. You must therefore have money to rent bikes or pay for the services of a touk touk (very nice to do) The cenote: arrival around 4 p.m. for the meal. The meal is good and the place is pleasant. The same goes for drinks, you have to pay for them on site. A Shaman's ceremony held in the middle of a souvenir shop... hard to believe it and the highlight of the show is the cenote: very pretty, under the open sky. And there, a big disappointment, we were told that the cenote is not included in the price of the excursion. You have to pay 50 pesos per person to access it. The price is certainly not exorbitant but once again it was supposed to be understood and not at all. And finally we arrive in Playa del Carmen at 7:30 p.m. and there are only 45 minutes left to walk around. In summary, the price is attractive (around €350 for 2 adults and 2 children) but if you want to enjoy each place, take your time and wander around, definitely don't choose this excursion. And of course make sure everything is included.

Very disorganized - We wasted the whole morning waiting for people to arrive at the bus, in Playa del Carmen we waited 40, we left at 7:15 and at 11:00 we still hadn't started the tour, the place was very nice, but we prefer another agency that leaves Cancum very early now If it doesn't last forever, we return at 11:30 at night.

Bad experience - It wasn't nice, it was supposed to be all-inclusive and at each stop they took more money from you, they gave us 20 minutes per stop to travel, the entire tour was in a rush. the truth is very bad

Beware if English speaker - I booked an English speaking tour and ended up on a tour bus of 14 people with 13 of them being Spanish speakers = Spanish speaking tour. The tour guide would say some things in English, but there would be paragraphs in Spanish and the odd English word or sentence thrown in. I had no idea what was going on, apart from the <5mins he explained some of the Tulum information at the site, I got nothing else. I would have never picked this tour if I had known it wasn't an English speaking tour. Its quite obvious having 1 person speaking a different language that they won't get the same information/experience as everyone else! I emailed the tour company with my disappointment of the tour, they have not responded! I've waited 2weeks before writing this review, to give time for a response If you're an English speaker, don't waste your money, do it DIY it will be cheaper and you'll get the same experience. Apart from entry fees and transport fees, I would expect a refund as I didn't get anything else I paid for... i would recommend Sat Mexico tours, I got what I paid for with this company, learned more about Mayan culture in 10mins on the bus than I did for the whole of this tour.

Hell without information - A disaster of a tour. The driver, who is not a guide, named IvĂĄn did not bother to inform us of anything more than the 4 facts in the information brochures. Their job was to control the time at each stop and scare us that if we weren't there at the agreed time the bus would leave and leave us abandoned to our fate. No explanation of CobĂĄ, or the rest of the activities. It's a shame that I worked for an agency like this in Mexico because the only thing it achieves is to discourage tourism. I don't even talk about the buffet because it was embarrassing to see the 4 dishes they offered and on top of that they put 3 or 4 buses together at the same time. In the end almost 1 hour to wait to eat and we couldn't see the cenote due to the time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
