Good value for the money! Can be a bit confusing for English Speakers but I guess they make it work! - This is a good tour and value for the money. This is a tour combined for both Spanish ans English speakers and so for English speakers there is a separate English tour guide at Tulum. However for Coba there is no tour guide. We were able to get some information from the tricycle drivers who took us to the coba pyramid. The cenote was good and underground. Must try. I am not sure why people complained about the bathrooms but they were so much more better than the ones available close by. Tour guides were kind and helpful. Cons - Their pickup was 30 mins late from what they said, food was okay and with both Spanish and English tours on the same bus it was difficult to catch information.

Amazing historical adventure on limited schedule - Took the tour on 2022/10/18 First, the downsides: 1) complicated booking experience. It took a while to get booking confirmation, I never managed to log in to the website to get the actual boarding pass, the contact phone number was hard to reach without access to a Mexican phone provider, and there didn't seem to be an easy way to book a trip on behalf of someone else. 2) The bathrooms along the way ranged from frankly appalling to barely tolerable. Also, while the breakfast on the bus was good, the included drink was a very unpleasant little juice box that tasted more of chemicals than juice. The upsides: EVERYTHING ELSE!!! Take this tour, guys! At least if you get the same guide. Pity I can't recall his name, starts on "A", but he was superb: an expert, no nonsense, charismatic, highly interesting, and genuinely interested in promoting Mayan culture and history, and sharing local knowledge. I'd marry him. (photo attached, from the back though) If you only have one day to experience the best, and relatively off the beaten track, Yucatan history and culture, this trip is a proper adventure: just enough time to marvel at the gorgeous remains of Tulum, a bit of exciting jungle hike/biking through CobĂĄ, a scenic buffet by the CobĂĄ lake, and a swim in a secluded underground cavern, plus a bonus amble through the crowded and fanciful Playa del Carmen main promenade at night. A tiny bit of everything, as one could spend a day doing each activity, but just enough to get the idea in limited time with a great tour guide who was really sensitive to giving our group the best experience of the place. Saved my whole vacation! Tl;dr: if you're pressed for time and don't have own transportation, THIS IS THE TOUR. I wish I had an opportunity to try other tours with this company. NOT A SCAM and in fact the OPPOSITE of a scam company. Unlike some others I could mention. Much love & thank you for the adverture! P.S. The booking process & the toilets did leave something to be desired though.

Tulum & Cenotes - Private tour with Poncho was excellent. He picked us up promptly and Tulum and Soba were easy and enjoyable. We had a private visit at a cenote - just us - which was really special. We highly recommend a private tour - it was worth the extra money. Poncho was a joy.

Too long on the bus. - Tour, Guide and driver was exceptional, however, we had to make over 4 stops. We started at 7:09 am at our hotel and it was 10:15 am when the bus picked up the final guess. I asked for a small group, but it ended up with a full bus load. So, we spent 6 of the 12 hours just on the bus pickup and drop off.

Pick another tour/company - Give this one a skip. Bored tour guides (Hector was ok, Cristian seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else), a clear preference for Spanish-speaking travellers, a last-minute itinerary change (Muyil instead of Coba), and just too much time on the road and too little at the tour stops. The only plus was the restaurant for the lunch stop - good food and a great location.

Lack of organization and lost money. - It was my second tour with the MycancunTour. The first few years ago was very good. This time on 14th.03.2024 the trip to Tulum, Coba...was terrible. We were taken at 6.40 from our hotel, transferem to Cancun and waited for the bus. The trip to Tulum should 90 minute as program said. We got to Tulum at 12.00!! Rest of the trip We spent in a hurry. There were 2 groups. English and Spanish. So the tourist guide in Tulum said almost nothing and he offered us a 40 minute free time. We learned nothing!! Visiting Coba? We were told. Just go and see... No historical info... The most of the day we spent in the bus and running in effort to see anything. Totally lack of organization. Lost money

not for english tourists. - The person mixes a lot of spanish with sparingly few english sentences which is hard and also incomplete. The operator didnt wait for us, when there was rain and we falled behind little with kids. even though the drive from cancun is 2 hours, the countless pickups made it 4 hours, which really stresses the tour to 14+ hours. I dont recommend this tour and operator
