Great Experience - We went to Casa Tortugas Cenotes. We booked this through our resort. We were picked up in Cancun by our driver Alejandro and tour guide for our private excursion. It was about an hour and a half drive to the Cenotes. Along the way, our tour guide gave us information about the Cenotes and also about the Mayan culture. Once at the Cenotes, we were given life vests and goggles. He took us into 1 closed, 1 semi open, and 2 open cenotes. Throughout the time there, our tour guide took pictures of us and air dropped them at the end of the trip. Such a great experience. Thank you!!!

Great tour guide, great experience! - Jorge did a fantastic job! Full of knowledge and helped us understand what we would see at Tulum. He taught history of the Mayan culture as we traveled to Tulum to see the ruins. He made sure that everyone in our group got their photos taken as our "paparazzi" and explained how the Mayans would use their buildings and their purpose. He allowed the group to dictate the day allowing us to take as long or as short as we needed. He also taught us the difference in mezcal and tequila as we sampled some in a local shop. After Tulum, the cenote was AMAZING. The water was so refreshing allowing all swimmers to go at their pace. My wife and I enjoyed jumping off of the sides to a 10-15ft drop into the cool water. Overall, Coba Sunset did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone!

Couldn't ask for better ❤️ - The whole day was wonderful. The water was crystal clear and we really enjoyed swimming in the caves. Our driver, Luis was great and our tour guide, Jorge was very informative. Gave us a lot of cultural information and was very patient and accommodating to our group. We had a private group of 12, so we were able to decide on other activities along the way. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day. Luis and Jorge took us to an authentic Mexican restaurant. Food and service was great.

Breath taken Tulum and Cenote - We took a private tour to Tulum followed by a great Cenote for swimming. The van (12 seater for just 4 people) was very clean with masks and hand sanitizer required, bottled water available and a great ride to Tulum, our driver Marco made us feel very safe and his driving was great! Tulum itself is well worth the visit and our tour guide Victor was just fantastic, exceptionally knowledgeable and could not do enough for us.... In fact I would go as far to say this was THE best tour I have been on. Highly highly recommended..... but make sure you ask for victor, this guy is just great (family of 4, children 13 & 10)

Tulum and Cenote fun! - Had an excellent trip and tour guide in Eric. He was very knowledgeable in Mayan culture and allowed us ample time to wonder the ruins and swim in the cenotes. He even stopped and let us indulge in some delicious Mexican cuisine. Highly recommend Eric.

cenotes were great but transport was terrible - We went to Tortugas Cenotes. The cenotes themselves were very good. 2 open air and two in caves. in the open air ones there were lots of platforms to jump from. OUr guide Francisco was very friendly and knowledgable. With him we had access to 4 cenotes. the only negative is that we did not get snorkel gear. we did get life jackets and I would definitely recommend using them in the first long 200m open air cenote. I booked this tour through the tours desk at our hotel (the Royal Islander) and there they said we would have snorkel equipment and that we would be able to purchase our own lunch. This was not true, we were not able to buy our lunch and there was no snorkel equipment provided. Also they said the time to get to the cenotes would be 2 hours from Cancun. This was also not true. It took 3.5 hours to drive to the cenotes from Cancun after lots of issues picking up people at various hotels. The drive home was faster but still I would have liked to have been aware of how long the travel time was. there was a huge confusion due to incompetent people at the office not knowhing who was being picked up where. it was their fault and not the drivers. another negative is that the driver did not insist that all passengers have a mask before entering the little van. and he did not have any masks in the van with him. At one point a man got on with no mask and was caughing!! I told the driver and as he drove he asked the man to put on his mask and luckily he had one and put it on.. They need to be more aware of this issue.
