Amazing - My family and I lived a great experience, we are happy to visit one of the best places in Mexico, especially the warmth and kindness of our representative Yency Ruiz at Grand Sirenis Resort. Thank you for all your recommendations. She helped us book the Tulum Jungle Maya Tour, it was amazing

First time in Mexico , best experience. - Great experience with this company. Zero confusion , or hassle. Went on many trips. Be careful with which associate you book with. Make sure to book your trips/excursions through the sales associate “CHRISTOBAL” working at the Kyrstal Altitude hotel. He is able to speak fluent english and will provide the most information, best deals, and go above and beyond for his clients . Make sure to go through him to avoid any mis communications. Christobal will take care of you.

Great adventure excursion! - Booked a fun excursion with Ricardo Magana that included a private shuttle with a guided tour of Tulum and an adventure excursion which included lunch, ziplining, rappelling, and visiting/swimming a cenote! Communications with Ricardo was prompt and easy, even after having to adjust our group size. Thank you Ricardo for the excursion recommendation; adults and kids had a blast! Definitely would recommend :)

Overcharged after agreeing to price - The overall excursion itself was great as we had 16 people partake and we had our own shuttle the entire day. The reason for writing the review is beware of the amount that is discussed to be charged per person versus what actually is charged to your credit card. We booked thru an excursion salesperson at the resort we were staying at negotiated a price per couple of $100/person. We had all been enjoying the pool and bar and didn’t think twice about it. When we actually looked at the credit card statement, it came out to $135/person. The same salesperson sold us a second tour where we sailed to Isla Mujeres and we had 20 people and were told $120/person and again the tour was absolutely fantastic but the ending price on the statement was $135/person. Tried to resolve the issue by calling and was unable to do so. So please be very careful before booking and submitting payment.
