Superb day, but not perfect (points for improvement to review) - What a beautiful day! Our guide Jimmy was really very kind, great humor and very attentive. Our driver Roberto was also very kind and accommodating. They arrived a little late due to traffic, but we had received an email to warn us. Our favorite site was Coba! Simply magnificent, don't miss this outing. We also really enjoyed our meeting with the shaman. However, we have 2 negative points to note: Firstly, the confirmation email of the pick-up time arrived late at the end of the day. We were very worried about missing our excursion. I tried all means to contact them and no response (Messenger, WhatsApp, phone, email... no response. Even the phone number given in the reservation didn't seem to work). And the other negative point is the comfort of the vehicle.... Really very, very uncomfortable. The legroom was so tight that our knees were caught in the seat in front of us. No comfortable position. For an excursion of 6 to 7 hours of transport during the day, not easy! Otherwise thank you to Jimmy and Roberto for this very beautiful day.

There may be better trips available. Guides were good. - Tulum coba and the cenota are all great, it's just is this the right trip to book. Our guide jamie was a good guy he was funny and entertaining. He literally ran ahead to reduce our wait times at all stops. Him and joel were great, the bus was nice. All these trips will try to up sell you. All of them not just this one. There's extra on top, archeological tax by Mexican government that they could include instead of charging after you book but they tell you that is a problem with the booking agent and not the tour company, hard to say if that is true. The taxes should be included. They have point of sale machines on the bus because they know your going to end up paying more but it is mentioned in the description of this trip. They will also sell you an upgraded package including all you can drink booze, was about 30usd. You can get pop or water instead of booze. Bring your own water bottle if you dont want this but the upgraded package did include your cab at coba which i highly reccomend, its better then the bicycle. The package does not include booze during your lunch which was very late in the day around 4pm. I was beyind hungry, bring snacks. The lunch was OK. Pork tacos were great chicken had alot of bones in it so I stayed away, and I'm not talking leg bones but back bones and small bits etc. Again pork tacos were good. The order of trip was good in the sense you hit the cenote at the end when you need a swim the most. The bus was nice and air conditioned and charging ports for phones. We were picked up at 640am and spent about 2.5hours on the bus picking up other people. A child vomited on the bus behind us thankfully we were put on different bus without the car sick child. My God the smell... I would recommend an Uber to the meeting point if your not in the hotel zone to avoid this long wait. Sorry I'm kinda all over the place. Staying downtown we had to drop everyone off in the hotel zone before our stop. They then dropped everyone else off downtown before calling us an Uber to take us to our hotel. They should have done this sooner rather then making us wait till we were the last people on the bus but whatever i guess.. It's worth the trip but logistics needs improvement for what is already a long day. From departure to return we were gone 15.5 hours. Good luck have fun. Oh and joel, he was our "nanny" good guy.

The tour itinerary does... - The tour itinerary does look good, with the attempt to cover a good no. of locations in one go. One of the downsides of this is that you may not get to spend enough time in each location. A personal concern for us was the language barrier. While we did specify that we spoke only English, we realized we were the only ones in the group who were non-Spanish speakers. They were sweet enough to follow up with a quick English translation after sharing the information in Spanish, but it does make it a bit difficult. The cenote included in this trip wasn't crowded, but in my opinion, it isn't one of the better ones either. I have to give credit to the organizers, they ensured that we were comfortable and on time for each location. No offence to the guide who took us around, and I'm not trying to sound entitled, but our experience would have definitely been a bit better with an English speaking guide.
