Wonderful!!! - We had such an AWESOME experience with this tour. The company did an absolutely wonderful job. Our Dive Master, Johanas, was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. He made us feel so, so safe the whole time. The dive spots were absolutely incredible! The coordinator also assisted with us transportation. Everything and everyone was very safe and well done. 10/10 recommend.

Best scuba dive I’ve experienced! - Brenda was an amazing guide and made the experience so amazing and memorable! The dive in the cenote was so cool and the reef dive was the best I’ve experienced. Even better than Costa Rica and Australia. Highly recommend doing this excursion while in Tulum.

Casa Cenote First Time Dive - Overall great diving experience! Johannes was very knowledgable about the area and instructing us how to dive. He went through all the safety checks in front of us and showed us how to use the equipment throughly. Since the ocean was closed for diving, we did two dives in Casa Cenote: one being a practice dive with three activities to do underwater and the other where we went further down the river and explored caverns. We saw a lot of fish species, crabs, and the resident crocodile. As a first time diver, I felt very safe and confident the entire time and would definitely have Johannes as a tour guide again!

Very well taken care of, start to finish. - Due to time of year, I had the good fortune of being the only person on the tour. This outfit is not fancy but they took care of me start to finish, including pick up and drop off. The scuba instruction was very deliberate and very good -- loved the enthusiasm -- even across my language barrier. Very patient with me in the water, too. (No language barrier there.) They even made a change to the tour just for me (easy with a group of one ... but still they were under no obligation to do so).

Kind of expensive, but overall good time - It was a little difficult to find the office, parking in Tulum is challenging. The TAE office and equipment seemed old and disorganized. But, once we finally got started, Carlos was very helpful and patient and made sure we were safe and had a good experience. The Cenote and Reef dives were fantastic. The lunch was just a sandwich and underwhelming. Overall a positive experience and given all the other factors, it was an expensive but good time.

Disappointing to say the least - Hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this time I’m left we no choice. Carlos was knowledgeable but had zero people skills. Starting from pick up from the hotel an hour later than agreed starting time, was a downward trend from there. Equipment was old, very visibly worn off and ill fitting. Communication was little or nonexistent, we were explained nothing about the nature around us, animals we saw, nothing aside the technical aspect of diving (at least!). “Mayan lunch” was a sandwich I could get in any corner shop in England. Weather didn’t help either unfortunately making diving at the barrier reef not possible, which appreciate isn’t anyone’s fault, however a bit of weather forecast and communication in advance we could have reschedule for a day where that was possible as well rather than telling us on the day and been given as only option diving twice in the same cenope. Overall we learn something about diving and made the most of what we had, over ever seeing other operators around us, their experience vs ours was definitely more worth it and given the price point I’d expected something more. Won’t be using them again and would recommend anyone to shop around a bit more as can definitely get better value for money with another provider.

ATTENTION! - DO NOT book this adventure alone / or just as a couple. I would highly recommend finding a completely different scuba experience. “Paco” was the name that we were given on our excursion. VERY BAD experience to the extent of trying to lead us inside a cave which clearly the map that was posted at the entry of the cenote says DO NOT ENTER. It’s a younger “couple” that speaks very good English that claims to reside in the states that play apart in this as well. DO NOT BOOK THIS VENTURE FIND A DIFFERENT ONE IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE SCUBA. THIS BOOKING RUINED OUR TRIP
