Nice - Let me start by saying that we had a GREAT and knowledgeable guide, and enjoyed him very much. Communication via Whatsapp was also impeccable beforehand to coordinate pickup etc. We enjoyed the ATV ride, zip lining and swimming deep into the cenote with our guide was probably one of the coolest experiences ever. We lucked out with the rest of our group being a bunch of rather immature college kids who had problems listening to and comprehending simple instructions, or simply shutting up every now and then, but that's not the operator's fault. Our son got stung by a scorpion which scared us mainly because we aren't familiar with the local scorpions. The staff helped out with ice and told us what to look for that would require us to get to the hospital with him, which, according to them, would be about an hour ride. When I inquired if it was possible to just take us back to the hotel so he could rest, we were told that would cost $100. Make of that what you will. We wound up finishing the tour as scheduled, our son was perfectly fine after a couple of hours. The one thing I have an issue with is that nowhere in the description of this tour does it spell out clearly the age requirement to operate an ATV alone (16 years). So when I added three people 12+ and one 9y/o, it gave me the single ATV option and the shared ATV option. I booked single for $135 (shared was $95). It was only the morning of the tour that we were told the minimum is 16, so we each wound up sharing an ATV with each of our kids, which is fine, only I paid $40 more than I would have had I known the age requirement up front.

Disorganized - The ATV circuit is quite boring, up and down the pathway without any purpose. I deff recommend solo riders because it can be difficult to control. The bikes dont undergo much maintenence - 2 bikes broke down in our tour. The ziplines is the best part and what made the trip worth it, along with swiming in the cenote in a pitch dark cave. You wont be able to make pictures due to the darkness and it can be super creepy, but totally worth the experience. Mexican food is delicous, yet the lunch offered was aweful - i can buy the same taquitos at costco and burn them myself. Plus you dont eat in peace since this is when they try to sell you the pictures. Overall the tour felt disorganized, unresponsive to inquiries, late pick up. Tip: we did the entire tour in watershoes to not get so much mud in ours, and was the best decision.

Not all as advertised - Price is great but the "environmental fee" or whatever is like an additional 36 USD per person. ATV was fun, ziplining was fun, there was no rappelling (like advertised) cenote was fun, food was bland and also not as advertised. It said there would be fajitas but all we got was two little dry sticks of taquitos with a small portion of rice and a bean soup... Overall I guess you pay what you get but don't advertise things when it is not provided.
