Amazing - The cenotes hands down were the best part of the trip. Our guide took us through out the underground caves and the water was crystal blue.

100% Recommended! - We LOVED this adventure! Chris and Oliver were our guides and they were wonderful to accommodate our family needs. We had a large family group including kids between 1-11 yrs old. Tumal was beautiful and the guides were knowledgeable. My kids didn’t care much about the ruins but they loved watching the animals. Lunch was fantastic. The snorkeling was amazing. Some of the adults stayed on the beautiful beach with the smallest kids while the rest of the group took a boat to the reef and snorkeled back. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, and fish. They were very patient and helped our kids who were nervous and tired. I absolutely recommend this tour and especially Chris and Oliver.

Amazing - There are a lot of activities and places of interest to visit in the vicinity of Playa del Carmen. There are several companies active to book these. For me, Turismo Channel is the best choice because of the expertise of the staff. Good service and flexibility. In addition to a clear story, Vanessa has also created content for a large number of excursions, giving you a good idea of what you will experience that day. Absolutely great.

Once in a lifetime experiences! - I worked with Vanessa to find the best options to see and do everything I wanted on my solo trip to Playa del Carmen. She was patient and kind, and found the best tours for me. I got to see everything and I wanted (and more!) and swimming in Akumal to see sea turtles and swimming through a covered cenote were highlights. I had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Amazing family adventure: Mayan ruins in Tulum, Snorkeling with turtles in Akumal, and a Beautiful Cenote! - This was an AMAZING day. We are a family of 5 with children ages 10, 13 and 16. We all ranked this as the best day of an overall excellent week in the Riviera Maya. We started by visiting the Mayan ruins in Tulum, where our guide Oliver explained the history and significance of the ruins and Mayan culture. Then we visited Akumal where we were brought out near the reef and basically dumped into the lagoon to swim back slowly, guided by a local expert who brought us to the turtles and stingrays. (All snorkeling and flotation equipment provided.) We enjoyed an authentic Mexican lunch at a true, non-touristy-feeling roadside restaurant, before heading to the highlight of the day... a beautiful partially closed cenote, where we swam in the beautiful turquoise water and through a cave. We were picked up and returned to the front door of our hotel in Playa del Carmen. The sights were absolutely beautiful and the guide was simply the best! Gracias Oliver and Turismo Channel!

Fantastic tour - The tour was fantastic, and the food was good. We got upgraded to the tour which included a Cenote which was insane amazing. Only complaint is that the tour was supposed to be no more than 12 ppl, but ours had 16. Not a big deal, but this should not be communicated if not true.

Unexpected - Turtles were canceled so we went to a lagoon instead but that doesn’t compare. Picking everyone up took 3 hours so there was a total of 6 hours on the bus. It was a very long day. The itinerary on Viator didn’t even have a cenote on it. The description on Viator needs to be updated to include time of tour and the actual tour. The guides were great.
