The best tour with the best guide! - Were today to the 4th. Once on a tour in Mexico and what can I say? The head hammer! First Tulum...a sooooo beautiful place and then Akumal for snorkeling with turtles and then Balam Cenote. You must have seen and done that. But everything falls and falls with the tour guide and what can I say? Daniel San Fran is the best we have experienced so far. You can tell he really likes his job and especially the tourists in his tour and it's not just that. He attaches so much importance to ensuring that nothing and no one is harmed during his tour, also and especially the wonderful nature. Respect!!! In combination with Rafa, who took the most sensational pictures in action and tranquility of the whole squad and Pedro our driver we had a tour today that left nothing to be desired. You want to snorkel with turtles? Then book the tour with the boys! 4 turtles, rays, fish. Everything that was promised was kept. We really had the best trip we ever had on a holiday! Thanks again to Daniel, Rafa, Pedro and the team of Ocean Tours Playa del Carmen

Ceaser salad and Mr. Chicken - We had the best tour guide Ceaser (salad), he and Pedro made sure everything was taken care of. We met Steph at the turtles and she took amazing pictures there with us and the turtles and she came with us and took photos in the Cenote. They fed us an incredible lunch of tacos. The salsa was fire! I would definitely do it again if we could have the same group

Best excursion ever! - This is going to be a lengthy review because it was so amazing!! This excursion was one of the best things my friend and I have ever done. First off, Edgar our driver handled the roads safely and kept all of our things safe. He was super kind! Our tour guide, Tomas, was extremely knowledgeable and fun. Tony took photos ($55) and they are easily the best photos I’ve ever had taken of me! The Tulum ruins was extremely hot but they constantly reminded us to get in shade and answered any questions we had. It was very interesting! Then, we drove to Akumal to snorkel and saw reefs, fish, sea turtles and stingray. The guides maintained safety for us and the wildlife the entire time. However, you can’t wear sunscreen here so they have rashguards you may purchase, but my bottom half got fried-nothing really could have been done to avoid that. Finally we went to the cenote and did a cavern dive. First we had homemade tacos that were delicious. Then we went in the cave which was sick! It was an all day adventure and so so much fun! Thank you so much for being the highlight of our trip. Only thing I wish were different was that I brought more cash so I could tip them more! It would be nice if they had a QR code so we could tip them that way. Overall, AMAZING!

Great Tulum experience! - Raul and Ocean Tours Mexico was a great experience for us! Raul gave rich history, spoke at least four languages so able to keep everyone aware and engaged. He was very observant and could tell when some of us needed help with snorkeling or a little rest in the water. He kept us on time to each location so we could take part in the full experience. It was amazing! And even more so because of Raul! Shout outs to Ruben and Max as well.

Awesome!! Had a great time - This tour was really good!! The ruins were beautiful on the coast overlooking the ocean. Lots of really interesting things to learn about the Mayan people. The turtles were also very cool, the tour companies work really hard to protect the turtles while making sure that the tourists get to engage with nature and see the turtles. A nice touch was the photographer (Tony) who took professional photos on the beach and while snorkeling. He was incredibly professional getting different poses and different groupings. The pictures turned out so good that we decided to purchase those instead of typical souvenirs. The senote was also great, lots to learn about the geology and ecology of Mexico and a super unique experience to swim through a cave like formation. But what really made the whole tour was the guide (Hamlet) he had to translate everything into both English and French and speak to the other guides in Spainish. It was so impressive. He was very considerate (for example choosing shady spots to talk) he had lots to teach us and he had such a good sense of humor that we were all laughing. I loved the tour and would do a similar one again!!

Great Tour - Hamlet was an excellent guide who not only had a lot of knowledge of the sites but also made the tour fun with his humour! He speaks fluently in Spanish, French and English and was impressive to see him switch flawless between the 3. Would highly recommend.
