Excellent experience - Very good tour, super organized, concerned in the details. The Guide explained very well, he gave himself the work of explaining in English and Spanish, very friendly and Pro. They weren't rushing us, very willing to answer questions. Highly recommended, thank you.

Unforgettable experience - Beautiful place and history!! It's amazing what's happened in Latin America. Admirable as the Mayans have adapted their culture to live in modern society.

Half day Tulum Trip - We had a lovely day with driver Dani and guide Omar F. Omar was very informative and kept us on the shade as much as possible on a hot hot day. All in all a very enjoyable day.
The people selling goods at Tulum weren’t too pushy which was nice.
It is incredibly hot so be prepared. You can take your own water bottles into the ruins but can’t take disposable ones. Also, food isn’t allowed.
We were given umbrellas which was really appreciated and afterwards we were given a cold towel as well as more water and bananas.
The van was air-coned but there were more seats in the van than you’d expect so you’ll be cosy with your neighbours.
Would recommend.

Hot views - Great tour and the tour guide Aday was phenomenal. Highly recommend! We learned a lot about the history of the culture and was challenged to think deeper about why they settled where they did.

Great site but not worth it from Cancun - Tulum offers an amazing archeological site with a range of ruins well preserved in a beautiful cliff-top location. The site itself is being developed and is well curated, with clear paths and information signs etc. However, it is a long way away from Cancun and the travel time can be considerable. We were picked up from our resort in Cancun at 7:00, then had a long drive during which we stopped at a petrol station for a while to pick up more passengers, then had to change busses at another location. And on the way back we had to wait for other guests on the tour to be dropped at their respective hotels before returning to ours. So all in all this tour ended up taking seven and a half hours (picked up at 7:00 and returned to our hotel at 14:30). Amazing as Tulum is, it's not worth this much time, especially when staying in a resort. The guided tour is also extremely brief - our guide, who was very friendly and funny, took us to the site, pointed out a few interesting features, then left us to explore on our own - this was fine for us but people expecting a guided tour may be disappointed. It's also a long walk uphill from where the bus arrives to the actual Tulum archeological site - so be prepared for an intense walk (two of our group had to cut it short as they could not handle the climb and heat). That said, the bus was clean and cool and cold water and snacks were provided.
