Best guide! Best touring company! - So much fun! I went with a friend on this excursion and we had a blast. They only do the snorkeling with turtles on the weekends, and we left on a Friday so we couldn’t do it but we decided to still do the rest of the activities. They were very accommodating though and offered a refund since we weren’t informed it wouldn’t be with the turtles when booking. We loved it so much! The guide was very friendly and I felt so safe in all the activities we did.

Memories I will cherish forever - The best pre-birthday experience! It was a day filled with so much fun and once in a life time experiences zip lining over Mayan/Tulum jungle and swimming in a natural water cenote, memories I will cherish for life! Would 100% recommend - all specified experience were included, in fact we did 5 zip lines. Bring water shoes, SPF, a waterproof phone protector and anti bite spray with you - although all these, expect the bite spray, is avaliable to purchase on the day

Very Fun but a bit misleading - A group of us did this excursion this past week. For the most part it was a great experience. The guides were great and funny. I would recommend this trip for sure. Tulum and the snorkeling ended up being the best part. However a few things were misleading. We didn't end up horseback riding, which was supposed to be a part of the excursion when we booked. Then before we went snorkeling we were told that we all needed to pay $10 to cover the government charge and it wasn't apart of the overall cost of the excursion. It wouldn't have been annoying if it was at least noted in Trip Advisor details but it was not. Other than that, the lunch was delicious and we all had a great time. I would highly recommend doing this trip if you get a chance.

I didn’t get the full experience. - The ATV wasn’t really all that great. The guy that lead us on the ATVs took it easy and slow. We were told afterwards by our guide Pedro that it’s for safety reasons. That was my first zip lining experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I was going to skip the zip line portion of the tour but glad I didn’t. The reason for 3 stars. At the end of the tour, Pedro took at least 10 minutes to persuade the group to leave him a tip. I did just that left and left him a generous $20 tip. Lunch was included and as I sat down to eat, Pedro came over and said I had to leave because my bus driver had arrived. Pedro said I had to leave now so I was not able to eat my lunch which was included with the tour. I regrettably got up and got on the bus. As soon as the bus got out of the front entrance to the park, the bus driver received a call to wait because some passengers were left behind. The passengers that were left behind was a couple from my group. So after giving my tour guide Pedro a very generous tip, then having to leave without eating my lunch that I paid for and causing me to not be able to purchase the zip line pictures I could have stayed because we ended up waiting anyway. All in all, it ended on a bad note. I have absolutely no pics or video from that day. My advice would be DO NOT let them rush you through the tour. You should get the full experience that you paid for.

A bit confusing but fun overall - The ATV portion of the experience left a lot to be desired as you rode them on the same narrow road that the tour vans travelled on with little room to maneuver. The zip lining portion of the trip was a little confusing as not all the paths were not clearly marked.

Good but room for improvement - Friendly guides. Good lunch, nice activities (ziplines, atv and cenote). The reef snorkling was not really worth it. All together, we found it to be a lttle overpriced. Maybe because we booked via viator? We heard other people having payed less for the same. Oh, and there were long waits between the activities (and at the morning pickup). And our group was rather large which contributed to the waits..

They won’t refund you even if you don’t do all the activities. - We paid for a trip to swim with the turtles. This never happened and the operator never gave a refund. Don’t pay them until the end or go to another tour company that is actually responsible.
