Day trip - This was a great day trip for our family! Our tour-guide Benicio was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the region and was extremely hospitable to our kids. We made it to the ruins early enough to beat the crowds and the worst of the heat. Going to the cenotes after the the ruins in Tulum was a great way to cool off. Highly recommend this tour!

Celebrating our anniversary - Juan (Benicio) was our guide and he was amazing. We were lucky to have him. Explained everything and he is just a kind and helpful man. Tulum was amazing, and they accommodate the changes we wanted and visited Playa del Carmen for a couple of hours. It was very hot but Juan provided an umbrella, which definitely you need in Tulum. Ask for Juan ! Highly recommended place to visit.

Wow! Highly recommend! - Heber, our guide, was amazing! His passion for Mexico & its history was amazing! He explained the creation of the Mayan culture & how it played out in all aspects of life in ancient Tulum. We loved hearing his insights & stories. We asked a lot of questions & he answered them all & more. Go early in the morning because it gets really hot as the day wears on. The cenotes were really fun & relaxing!

Arnie was our tour guide... - Arnie was our tour guide and he was fabulous! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. My mother had a bad knee and he had no problem stopping so she could rest and made sure she was okay throughout the whole trip. He took us to an amazing restaurant after the tour and was very outgoing. The Tulum ruins were beautiful and the first cenote was much cooler than the second. Overall amazing trip we felt safe, accommodated and educated. An experience you should not miss!

Everything is provided! - This is my second time using this company, and it was even more comfortable than the last time. Our guide, Johnny, was efficient in planning the trip. His speed with his smartphone was exceptional, and the conversation didn't feel stressful. The explanation of the ruins was very easy to understand, and he answered all the nerdy questions I had prepared in advance. In the cenote, he guided us while we swam together, and played wonderful music while we moved. If you want to leave everything to him, you should choose this tour. Also, I think it would be even more wonderful if you read at least one or two books on the Mayan civilization.

Insighful and fun - We booked this trip and found pre-trip communication from the company easy and useful. On the day we had Issac as our guide/driver he was absolutely brilliant. We had been to Tulum before but the other 2 had not and we learnt alot of additional information from Isaac. we left the hotel in comfortable transport early so saw the ruins before most arrived and before it got even hotter. Isaac never rushed us and answered many of our questions not just on Tulum but on Mexico in general and has convinced us to give Mexico city a try too (we had long pondered this) He told us it has the 2nd highest number of museums after London, how impressive! Issac was very patient with us at the cenotes, particularly as we spent a very long time at the first as we were enjoying it so much, and ittook my brother who is usually uncomfortable around water awhile to settle into the experience. Thank you Issac. The 2nd open cenote was such a beautiful colour and the boys had fun jumping in from the platforms! They are lesser visited cenotes on the Dos Ojos sight so feel calmer as less crowded. I would reccommend this trip with this company as communication is brilliant, our guide was amazng and knowledgeable , we were not rushed and had a comfortable journey. It had the personal attention and care lacking in a larger tour group or provided by a bigger company.

Best of Maya Rivera - Heber was absolutely excellent! I can also recommend Keshi who was my guide a few years ago, So knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious. I can’t say enough great things about My Quest Concierge. I luckily found them through a Tusa rep contact in the area. Their focus is on the experience of their patrons and they make sure that your enjoy every aspect of your experience. They are the only agency I use in maya riviera. Although the cost may be more, it is worth every penny for the private, custom, and safe experience. This is particularly important to me as a solo female traveler.
