Very enjoyable evening - This was a very enjoyable experience, from the traditional greeting ceremony to the cultural demonstrations, culminating in an excellent stage show. The young performers were enthusiastic and informative. The food was plentiful and we enjoyed talking to the other 2 couples seated at our table. Expensive, but we were glad we did it.

Proud Is An Understatement - PROUD of my culture! Koro Dennis (Our Driver) a man with a lot of knowledge! As soon as you arrive you are greeted by the Tangata Whenua. From the time I got off the bus, I felt the spirits around me. Goosebumps up my spine as the kai wero came out with the kaikaranga to finish it. Performance (Great voices) was outside with the sounds of forest gave you that extra maori Authentic and magical atmosphere. Lets go to the food!! Wow wow wow!! Absolutely delicious....... Hoping someone didnt want their canapes hahaha I could sit there the whole night just picking at them. The kawakawa leaves (cant remember the name of it) "Gordon Ramsey would be so proud :)" Just on a next level! Followed by the main meal in the dining area. Speechless! Not only did the presentation looked great the taste was just namunamua......... Thank you Te Pa Tu for the best experience I have had.

Lovely cultural experience and dinner - We had a great time at Te Pa Tu. They do a fantastic job immersing you in the culture by teaching you about different aspects in small groups. Each section was interactive so you got to try your hand at the haka, poi, and traditional games. Each came with a unique Maori canape. The dinner at the end was great as well with various traditional foods.

A 'Must Do' Experience - We learnt so much about the Maori history and their culture from this experience. The people of the village were so welcoming and inclusive. We watched traditional dancing, haka, and participated in learning activities. We were then treated to a scrumptious 3 course dinner before being returned to Rotorua. Highly recommend you do this whilst in Rotorua.

Maori experience - The intro and the dinner was amazing. I think they need to deep dive more on culture and traditions. It would really be interesting to see.
