Highlights
  • Medina of Tunis - this sprawling labyrinth of ancient streets and alleys is one of the most impressive medieval medinas in North Africa and one of Tunisia’s great treasures. It’s home to numerous covered souks selling everything from shoes to shisha, as well as bustling cafes, alleyways full of artisans at work, and residential areas punctuated by large, brightly painted doorways. Historic palaces, hammams, mosques and madrassas (schools for the study of the Koran) are scattered throughout, many are richly decorated with tiles, carved stucco and marble columns.
  • La Goulette - this suburban district is renowned for the perpetual animation that reigns in its streets, all year round. The terraces of cafes and restaurants follow one another by the sea
  • Site Archeologique de Carthage - The archaeological site of Carthage is a site scattered in the current city of Carthage (Tunisia) and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979.
  • Sidi Bou Said - With its distinctive blue and white colors, cobbled streets and breathtaking glimpses of azure waters, the cliff-top village of Sidi Bou Said is one of the most beautiful places in Tunisia.
Its distinctive architecture is a mix of Ottoman and Andalusian, the result of the influx of Spanish Muslims in the 16th century.

Best Tunisia tour - This tour was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better tour. A cruise ship came in on the day of my tour and my guide made sure we went to places at the right time to avoid the crowd. We also went to a great restaurant for lunch. We only had three days in Tunisia and this tour was perfect for an all day experience.

Anticipated the crowds and got ahead of them, guide was exceptional! - Our tour guide, Sayad, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and humorous. It was great that he anticipated the crowds and got us to each area before the bus tours arrived. We went with a private tour because we were traveling with an elderly person that has a hard time keeping up with fast-paced tours. We could go at our own speed. We are very happy we used this company for the private tour of Tunisia.

Great Tour of Tunis! - We had a great time with our guide Mr. Fehmi. He was prompt with pick-up and was knowledgeable about the city of Tunis, Siddi Bousaid, and the Medina. We were at the Medina airbnb, which made things easy for the tour. Lots of little details we would never have seen in the Medina and through the colored doors there. Siddi Bousaid was breathtaking in it's white and blue aesthetics. Our guide was a highlight with lots of local knowledge that spanned sports, local politics, archaeology, and local life. Great cultural guide and had fun games like having us give some local lore spiels. Lunch was nice and our guide tried to accommodate diets (which is hard to do on a tour). Would highly recommend this tour and our guide Mr. Fehmi!

Great guided tour tailored to you! - Great experience and great guide. Guide tailored my tour to my taste and style which truly made it special. He showed me unique streets that were off the beaten path, recommended good cafes/street food treats, while also sticking to the main itinerary. I would recommend this tour.

Great first day in Tunis! - What a great tour on my first day in Tunis, was nothing short of extraordinary. My guide, Mr. Adel, met me in my hotel lobby and dropped me back off there at the end of the day. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the culture and history and indulged me in every question I had! Our first stop was Carthage, an ancient city with a rich history that left me in awe. Mr. Adel provided fascinating insights into the ruins, bringing the ancient civilization to life before my eyes. Next, we went to Sidi Bousaid, where the enchanting blue and white village was more captivating than Santorini. Lunch was massive with several local dishes leaving me ready for a nap, but instead we explored the bustling Tunis Medina, where we took our time looking in various shops and discussing local traditions. The attention to detail and professionalism exhibited was exceptional.

Great tour with great guide! - I had an awesome time on this tour! I absolutely loved Sidi Bou Said, and it was so cool to see Carthage. The lunch was also good, but it seemed relatively cheap — so I wonder if this tour is too expensive for what it is (although my guide mentioned they’re all around this price point). My guide Fame was really friendly and knowledgeable (and chatty!), and our driver Osama was great too.

good basic tour - Good basic tour. Got to the highlights. Not too rushed, not too slow. Lunch as a bit out of the way, but during Ramadan many restaurants aren't open for lunch. Guide was knowledgeable, car was comfortable. A good choice if you only have a day.

Nice but guilted into tipping - The tour was very good. Beligh, the tour guide was very knowledgable but at times it could be quite a lot of information to absorb, so you will need to keep up. The stop at Sidi Bou Said was too short, but it was nice. The cafe was absolutely stunning and it was very relaxing. The shops there charge way too much for the items they sell. The lunch was nice. The local food they served was very good and you’d only have to pay for drinks. The tour of the medina was unnecessary — you could walk around there on your own. I understand that the tour guides depend on tips but it was quite uncomfortable to be reminded of this several times during the trip. I want to be able to go on tours and enjoy the tours, not be guilted into tipping a certain amount. The first tour I did was with one person who was the driver and the tour guide, but this was with two persons; a driver and a tour guide, and I had to tip both of them — which I did not mind, but the constant reminder of this throughout the tour was not necessary.
