You will not regret learning to cook Tunisian food! - We had the half day cooking class in Tunis and it was one of my favorite travel experiences. Fatma and Boutheina picked us up at our hotel and took us to the beautiful house where we would have the class, but not before we got a snack of cactus fruit from a local vendor near the Medina. Chef Fatma was organized, very hard working, and clearly knew what she was doing. Boutheina helped facilitate everything. My Arabic and French language skills are poor, but Boutheina kept everything clearly communicated. The food was one of the best meals I have ever had. Highly recommend! If you are on the fence, do it!

Super Fun and Educational Tunisian Cooking Class! - We had a super enjoyable and educational cooking class at a private home outside of Tunis. Our English-speaking tour guide Boutheina was fun and knowledgeable and participated in the class with us. Our host and teacher was Fatma and she taught us to create a delicious Tunisian meal of brik, grilled vegetable and fresh vegetable salads and a chicken and vegetable couscous. Can't wait to try to recreate the meal at home!

AMAZEBALLS - An amazing gift in celebration of our 25th anniversary turned into an AWESOME experience. We cater in the US, always looking to learn new cuisines so this was perfect. Many thanks to: 1. Our lovely guide, Mama Huda for not only her caring, positive energy but also walking us through the shopping experience. 2. Our AWESOME instructor Sarra. We appreciate you and your husband opening your home to teach us how to prepare an authentic Tunisian meal. I also throughly enjoyed being in your kitchen with your guidance and grateful for your grace! Thank you for making our trip an unforgettable one and can't wait to come back to cook for YOU!!!

Excellent experience learning to cook Tunisian stylr - We thoroughly enjoyed the whole day which commenced with shopping for groceries at Carrefour before driving to Sarah’s house for our cooking class. We had chosen a fish meal and Sarah proceeded to instruct in her preparation. Although our command of French is limited, we found Sarah quite easy to understand. Sarah showed the traditional methods of cooking fish, vegetables and couscous with many accompaniments. It was a delicious meal and will be easy to replicate after Sarah’s explanations. It was a very enjoyable class and we highly recommend it.

Cooking in Tunis - We ( my husband, my daughter and I) booked a half day cooking class. After we had shopped with Busaina all things we needed for our meal, we joined Sarahs house and kitchen. We enjoyed the cooking class very much... it was so much fun and we learned a lot about Tunisian food and cookery. Sarah and Busaina (sorry, don't know how to write her name correctly...) were so lovely and kind. All of us felt like a part of a big family. Thank you for this great experience and wonderful day. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Susanna
