Best experience - This is an amazing trip! You got to see so many interesting and diverse sceneries in 3 days. Chaouki is the guide who really knows his trade. He suggests an early start which works out beautifully. We got to see the sites when they are not crowded, when the temperature is cool (we went in July), and as bonus we got to see sunrise and sunset against the amazing backdrop. He also knows good places for bathroom breaks. This trip checked off many items on my bucket list plus more. Highly recommended.

Best way to see the country! - My friend and I had a wonderful few days with our guide Chaouki, who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to add a lot to all of the sites we visited (he is also a great driver too which is needed in Tunisia!). The days were action packed with some highlights being the Amphitheater in El Jem, the mountain Oasis in Chebika, the Great Mosque of Kairouan and the quad biking through the dunes of the Sahara (costs extra but highly recommended). We would probably recommend asking your guide to skip the Chak Wok museum as it does seem to be aimed at children and is also very run down. As we started early each morning we also finished quite early and would probably recommend the tour company includes something else (e.g. Dougga would have been nice to see) especially if the museum was removed from the itinerary. Overall however it was an extremely enjoyable trip and would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent Tour - Our guide Ahmed was very friendly & knowledgeable, the exact amount of history + facts without it becoming too much to take in.
The days are long for yourself, guide & driver (7am to approx 5-6pm every day) because of the distances involved between sites & also having to drive through towns.
But there’s more than enough clean toilet breaks & stops to see other off itinerary stuff on the way.
Loads of time to take the photos & explore what you want & never rushed.
We weren’t really interested in buying anything from the many stalls in the medina, so he was more than happy to whisk us through to see other bits.
There was no pressure to buy anything from stalls unlike other tours I’ve been on before.
The hotels selected both had a swimming pool & buffet breakfast + dinner.
I think they could probably make this a 4 day tour to include a few more star wars locations or Dugga etc.

3 days and 2 nights tour in Tunisia - While looking for information about a tour to Tunisia, I found a tour with good reviews on TripAdvisor and made a reservation. Since the time in Tunisia was not long, it was very efficient to use a tour company to move and travel. The guide who accompanied us, Chaouki, has a wide range of knowledge, so he provided us with a lot of information and checked for any inconveniences throughout the tour. Also, thank you very much for taking such great photos. I was lucky to travel with Chaouki.
The tour starts quite early, and the scenery when the sun rises is so beautiful, so I highly recommend it. However, if you are physically challenged, you may be able to adjust your itinerary by talking to the guide.

Jam-packed Tunisia tour! - Ten stars! What an amazing introduction to Tunisia and the Sahara over the course of three days. Our guide Ahmed and driver Usama of Didon Tours were just phenomenal. From the very start, the tour company was extremely responsive to my various questions, leaving no doubt that the trip would be customized and awesome. I have a severe food allergy and Ahmed took it very seriously, making sure everywhere we ate was safe for me. When we realized we forgot a medication at home, a special stop was arranged to a night pharmacy in Tunis to obtain a substitute medicine. We decided to skip one attraction and got to spend more time visiting the places we were most interested in. Whenever there was extra time, Ahmed suggested additional nearby stops that he thought would be of interest to us and those places wound up being really cool surprises! Usama was a safe and efficient driver and was also really laid-back and friendly. Both guys made the trip so great. It was lovely to see the various cities, large and small, and the different landscapes were mesmerizing. As Star Wars fans, we also really got our fill of the movie set locations. Both of the hotels we stayed at were nice and had BIG buffet breakfasts and dinners. We highly recommend this tour and this company! Cannot wait to return to Tunisia. THANKS SO MUCH!!

Sahara 😃👍❤️ - A rich and intensive excursion, at the end of the 3 days trip, I came back to my hotel at the capital and I felt like a was absent for 10 days and my album was full of beautiful saharian pictures
During the second day, we changed the car and we continued on a Jeep.
The Jeep driver was super funny.
The guide was cool and knowledgeable.
I did 2 extra activities, the camel ride and quad ride, and both were good ideas to go really deep inside the desert.
I highly recommend

Fantastic! - We had a wonderful and exciting experience! Both Yahya (guide) and Hamsa (driver) were professional, fun and polite at all times, and we felt very safe. Due to it being a private tour, they also were very flexible for our needs. We experienced so many fascinating, cool and fun things. Learned a bunch about the desert/oasis too. The hotels and food were fine. You should be prepared for a lot of driving, but that is necessary to see so much in short time. Luckily with comfortable driving and car, we slept a bunch. Would strongly recommend the tour!

Excellent tour, highly recommended - This was an amazing experience that was very well organised and with an excellent guide. Chaouki had a huge amount of knowledge about everything we saw and was also able to organise things in a way that we didn’t feel there were any tourists there. It was a long drive but it went pretty quickly and was really worth it to see what the south had to offer. The hotels weren’t brilliant, but really not a problem given everything we saw and did in these three days.

Good safe trip - The experience was very comfortable and we visited every step in the programme.
The hotels booked were of good quality and we had breakfast and dinner at the hotels.
However, I didn’t totally agree with the style of our guide.
The descriptions themselves could also be more accurate. He tended to be repetitive and repeat the same things often again.
We never felt like we had a proper lunch. The first day we had some sort of crepe/wrap in a service station (the menu was: crepes with honey, crepes with chocolate, crepes with egg, tuna and olives - and that’s it). We weren’t offered options. We’re easygoing so said yes but we are on holiday and would have liked a proper meal. Second day we said we wanted something typical and were brought to a back alley barbecue (menu was “meat” or “fish”) again we said yes but would have preferred a more proper restaurant. He said “this place is also nice but more expensive” he was referring to his own budget, not ours, as we never made budget remarks. The last day there was no lunch even if we were brought to our hotel at 6. We visited the marmata houses at 11 (so shortly after our breakfast) and he ordered bread and honey for us and aja (I think that’s how it’s spelled?) for himself and the driver. That was the only food we were offered.
Regarding the schedule itself, it was good but very comfortable, would maybe have liked a couple extra stops (like Rabat of Seusse which is on the way and a night in the desert - anyhow going a little deeper in the desert where there aren’t many trackmarks of wheels).
So, if you’re looking for a safe, comfortable trip and to watch your calorie intake this is perfect for you.

Early mornings, sand everywhere, but worth it! - The most memorable part of the trip was visiting a Berber family living in the traditional troglodyte home in Matmata. The family graciously welcomed us and shared tea, fresh bread, and honey from their farm. We also toured the farm and saw their animals and gained a better understanding of their day-to-day life.
