Good tour, nice tour guide, interesting information and amazing chocolate - I liked this tour because it was relatively short and not just about eating chocolate. We appreciated starting with a coffee (with chocolate), then a bit of sightseeing and history before visiting a specialty chocolate shop. The owner is a passionate chocolate connoisseur and we learnt about the intricacies of what makes good chocolate and taste tested various varieties. The talk was lively, but the information was repetitive and or lost in translation. The information was also directed to one person in our group with the rest of us kind of feeling left out. Our guide also asked for a tip, which was a bit cheeky because I felt we paid an adequate amount for the tour (Australians generally don’t tip unless the service is particularly good). Otherwise the tour guide was nice and the tour entertaining and enjoyable.

A bit expensive. - Fabio, the Guide, definitely flawless. Gentle, unquestionably prepared, attentive. The flaw is that both me and my friend, we found that with the excellent Bicèrin and with 6 chocolates in such a short time and without being offered water, the experience is a bit ‘pulled on a taste level. (Recommend doing it in the morning, to save on lunch 🤣). Make no mistake, nothing to say about the products, but I think 38€ per person is definitely exaggerated for what is offered. I repeat... 5 balls for Fabio, but otherwise it is a bit of a “mah...”

To be improved - The experience was disappointing and much shorter than expected from the description: not an hour and a half but a poor hour. In addition, the architecture part was not received. In fact, a hasty tour to taste the various types of chocolate, and we were not even provided with water, which we had to buy separately. The tour is not worth the price.
