Such a special experience - This is my second cooking class in Hanoi with Mango - the first time I went with my coworkers and I had such a great time, I brought my boyfriend for a second visit a year later. Mango is so sweet and goes out of her way to make the experience special - it’s not just about the cooking, she explains all of the ingredients, smells, and cultural significance of how nature and food combine in one great experience. Cannot recommend enough!! I will always go back to see her when I’m in Hanoi.

Excellence at a High Level - Absolutely Loved this cooking Class. We were 2 chefs and the knowledge we took away was mind blowing. The setting was incredible and so was all of the staff, so friendly and helpful. I thank you for the recipes and the easy steps to make some of my new favorite dishes.

A beautiful opening of vietnamese cuisine - Everything was amazing ! First we visited the Market Where she showed us local spices and products then we headed to her place in a very calm and ressourcing garden. First we have some snack like fruit and tea then we begin the lesson. She really take care of you and take her time to show you the name the purpose and the Spirit of every product. At the end we share a beautiful meal with everything that we prepared. Thank you so much for everything.

Highly recommended! - Such a wonderful time with Trang!
The overall experience was very well prepared, smooth and professional. More importantly, it was truly interesting in many different aspects: the visit of the market, where we could ask all questions and taste products, the welcome in the oasis, very peaceful place, the tasting of different specialities and the cooking experience. At the end, everything tasted delicious and in a very good company with our host.
I highly recommend this experience!

Very authentic and friendly - A very nice experience. We started walking to the market, where I was introduced to local products. Before cooking, I was introduced to various plants, herbs and fruits, which are grown in the garden next door. Very friendly, kind people. I enjoyed both the cooking and the time spent together ❤️

Incredible Cooking Class Experience in Hanoi - We had an amazing time with Thom Culinary Experience during our recent trip to Hanoi. The experience started with a fascinating tour of the local market, where Trang and her team introduced us to the wide variety of fresh ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. Learning about the different herbs, spices, and produce was truly eye-opening.
The cooking class itself was equally insightful. Trang and her wonderful team provided step-by-step guidance as we prepared several traditional Vietnamese dishes. The attention to detail and the passion they brought to teaching us their culinary techniques was truly impressive.
By the end of the class, not only did we have a delicious meal that we had cooked ourselves, but we also gained a much deeper appreciation for Vietnamese food and culture. Trang and her team made this one of the best experiences we had during our time in Hanoi.
I would highly recommend the Thom Culinary Experience to anyone visiting Hanoi who wants an authentic, hands-on cooking class led by passionate and knowledgeable instructors. It was the highlight of our trip!

a great experience in Hanoi - What a beautiful experience we had in the heart of Hanoi. Trang first gives us a meeting at the Point of Sale to introduce us to local flavors, colors and habits. Then we head to his green oasis to pick herbs from his garden for cooking class where we made a succulent Pho, nems, bun bo nam bo and dessert. One of the highlights of our three weeks in this vibrant city! Thank you, Trang.

Vietnamese cooking with the experts - A brilliant afternoon. Cooked three courses, all delicious though I say so my self.
Tang was very patient with my amateur attempts and made sure we all had a great time
Even learnt some Vietnamese!

Informative, original, and a one of a kind experience! - This experience was amazing! It gives you a true understanding of the culture and history of a few traditional Vietnamese dishes. Our host was amazing to all guests and they also accommodated our vegan group members.
