Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - After an early breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park. The drive will take us through the city of Arusha then out to Maasai land where you can see Maasai grazing cattle and goats. Enjoy the game drive through the park which covers an area of 2,850 km2 and famous for its large herd of elephants, some over 100 in number; and large baobab trees that dot the landscape as you head to your accommodation for a night under the clear and sparkling African night sky.

Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - You will have an early breakfast then head out to Lake Manyara National Park for an early morning game drive. The beauty of the park begins at the park gate by driving through the lush forest, then open grassland before reaching the lake edge. To any game watcher, the park is a paradise, full of endemic species and a variety of birdlife. Expect to see various animals like elephants, hippos, impala, dik-dik, bushbuck, and if you a lucky, the famous tree-climbing lions of Manyara that have made this park world famous. You will return to the camp for hot lunch, and thereafter join local activities at Mto Wa Mbu, take a bike ride to the lake or a walking safari to the village to experience the local culture and sample local products. This short adventure ends with a drive back to the camp in a tuk-tuk where a driver will be waiting to transfer you to your accommodation for the night.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater - Have an early breakfast then depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a full day crater tour. You will descend into the crater; a fantastic experience on its own with beautiful scenery and majestic game life. At a depth of 610 m and a floor area of 260 km2, the crater is named one of the natural wonders of Africa and on a clear day, you can see the whole crater wall from the bottom. Considered Mother Nature’s zoo, the crater boasts a variety of large animals, approximately 25,000 in number including the rare black rhino. Lunch is at a picnic site with a view of hippos lazing in the shallow waters of the lake, followed by another game drive en route to the camp. On the way, you will have an opportunity to do a short safari walk; enjoying the landscape and the chance to see local Maasai houses.

Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, we depart for Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti National Park is made up of grassland savanna, river trine forest, and woodlands, each providing a picturesque landscape. Known for its abundant diversity of wildlife, this park is most famous for the annual migration; a spectacular event as thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes try to cross the Mara River into Maasai Mara while fighting the river tide and the numerous crocodiles looking for an easy meal. There will be a stop at the crater viewpoint, where on a clear day offers views of the entire crater, then proceed with a game drive en route to your accommodation. An option of visiting the Maasai Bomas (houses) which are located inside the Ngorongoro plains is available for an opportunity to experience the Maasai culture.

Family Safari in Tanzania with NDOTO / Malley - short version: Take Malley for your safari. amazing owner/tracker/person/reliable and more. your chances to enjoy the vacation are higher, better plan, find more animals and all is taken care. Details: we had 7-night vacation, with 3 kids. was wonderful. Malley organized all in advance. top hotels, starting at Arusha to Northern Serengeti with a flight back. all was taken care. Malley knows the bush, and the animals, rigorously looking for the next challenge ( the big 5). drives carefully, very pleasant and a knowledgeable "Wikipedia" when it comes to the field and the animals. Hotels q lodges were great, and I also upgraded to suite when was possible. thank you Malley.

Incredible from start to finish - We had such an amazing week with Malley and Ndoto Safaris. Tanzania is an incredible place and the people and National Parks were such a highlight. We spent most days on game drives but Malley incorporated some trips to Masai villages and a local town where we got to visit a banana plantation and a local school. Huge herds of elephants in Tarangire and getting to see the big 5 in the Serengeti where highlights as it is incredibly rare to see a rhino outside of Ngorngoro. Highly recommended to anyone! We will return one day. Thanks,

Incredible, insightful and friendly plus we saw the big 5! - Incredible experience from start to finish. Our safari driver, Malley, could spot things out of nowhere! We saw the big 5 on our trip to Manyara, Serengetti and Ngorongoro and cannot wait to return. We spent full days viewing safaris as this was our preference but the tripnwas totally catered to what we wanted. I highly recommend this trip, since returning my parents have now booked to visit in June next year. Thanks again for an incredible experience.
