Book This Tour! - Rodrigo was a fantastic guide! He really knows his stuff and how to make people comfortable and move at a good pace. We asked him many questions about the people, history, and culture to which he gave thoughtful and well-researched answers. He took every detail into consideration and made the whole tour a wonderful experience for us. Taking one of his tours is worth every penny! In fact, I wished we had booked one or two more tours during our trip. We will certainly be booking with him again when we travel back.

Excellent! - I completely understand now why Rodrigo has such excellent reviews! He is an amazing tour guide. He has such a passion for the history of this area and it comes through everything he says. It’s contagious and you feel like he’s taking you back in time with him to experience it for yourself. The tour consisted of just my husband and myself. We both speak very little Spanish but Rodrigo speaks excellent English. He picked us up at our hotel and provided each of us a box lunch consisting of of a ham and cheese sandwich, cookies and it a juice box. He also provided cold bottles of water throughout the tour. The tour was fascinating and we learned a LOT about each town we visited. We had a hot meal at a place in Patzcuaro that was delicious and included in the price of the tour. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate. I highly recommend it. It is well worth the price you will pay.

Most knowledgeable guide ever! - Rodrigo is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the areas we visited - Tzintzuntzan, Patzcuaro and Janitzio - and about many other things Mexico. His tours except for the Morelia city tour, are private tours in a comfortable car. You are guaranteed to have a great trip - look no further.

Highly Recommended! - My partner Jose and I had an excellent day with Rodrigo. We explored the Tzintzuntzan archeological site where the Purépecha people lived in the 1300s-1500s. Then we took a boat to the island of Janitzio, in the middle of Lake Pazcuaro, and climbed to the to the top of the island and then to the top of the monument to José Maria Morelos, one of the heroes of Mexican Independence. After an amazing lunch in Pátzcuaro we we wandered around the city and learned some more about its history before heading back to Morelia. Rodrigo is a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. He speaks English beautifully too! Highly recommended.

Magical fantastic experience - Rodrigo is perfect host. He is an expert Michoacan history and hospitable. We visited Zona Arqueologica De Tzintzuntzan, Atrio de los Olivos de Don Vasco, Isla Janitzio. We also had delicious hot lunch. Overall, I had an amazing day. But, the hospitalities does not end after the tour. He shares places that I can visit, and food to try while I am in Morelia.

Strongly recommended tour service - Rodrigo is an awesome guide, very knowledgeable about the region's history, geography and culture. He was on time to pick us up at our hotel and during the tour he never rushed us so we had all the time we wanted on all of the attractions to enjoy, amazing service. Also absolutelly everything was included, all information was previously provided and we got quick answers all the time (on email, Instagram and Whatsapp). He even gave us tips on what to do, where to visit and what to eat in Morelia as a plus. From the purchase on site until the very last minute this was a great experience with a very good price, so I would and I will def recommend this tour!
