Great tour - Agung was great. He modified our trip to meet our time schedule and what we were interested in. He was a knowledgeable guide and made sure we got back to our ship even with all the traffic we encountered. Very happy with the tour and would highly recommend.

Amazing experience , safe and reliable, true reflexion of Balinese hospitality - I would give Agung more than 5 stars if it was possible . My husband and I had the pleasure to meet Agung and use his service for about a week, we stayed most time in Uluwatu but also stayed 3 days in Ubud . Initially we just planned for Agung to take us to the main cultural spots in Bali and from and to the airport ,so we booked him for 3 days , but he was so good and knowledgeable that we ended up doing extra days and went with him for everything during our stay in Bali. Since before we arrived he was organized, reliable and very in tune with our needs to plan the itinerary . His service in general is impecable, car is well maintained and he is a great driver, there is water for you at all times while driving, he is very knowledgeable of all the areas in Bali, which was amazing for us, because we planned for there to be a lot of traffic , but he somehow managed to make it to the places in shorter time than I anticipated and through areas with amazing views and other things to see and do in the way, so we ended up being able to do more than what we initially planned for. He also has a lot of connections, so he had a good recommendation for any activity that we decided to go to, on the spot ( we decided to visit a Luwak coffee, go to eat sea food after the Uluwatu temple at Jimbaran, he also learned that we liked art so he suggested for us to visit the wood carving and artist village, took us to a great place for surfing for beginners/intermediate level, artisans shops / taught us where and how to bargain ) Agung was also very accommodating with toilet breaks , supermarket and ATM runs. Agung is very punctual , he was always on time/early, he also was very patient and waited for us (when surfing or shopping or in a restaurant) while being attentive and making sure that we had access to the car and our stuff when we needed . During our visits to temples and activities, Agung would have the needed gear and explain what to expect and what to bring / not to bring (like leaving the bags and items in the car so monkeys in the Uluwatu temple don’t mess with it) . His descriptions of the history and the places that we visited, the religion and the traditions were on point . He also has amazing photography skills. He took so many good quality pictures and videos throughout our experience that we felt as if we had booked a photoshoot without feeling overwhelmed, this added so much to our experience and we now have great memories to cherish and share with others. Agung is a true reflection of Balinese hospitality and amazing culture . He is honest , punctual, reliable, very personable, patient and it was a pleasure to learn about Bali through him . I recommend him and will definitely contact him again when we go back to Bali and I think you should to . Agung is part of a group of drivers, that work at Safe Bali drivers run by Ketut Suwenda which we 100% recommend .

Can’t say enough good things about Agung - We had an amazing experience with Agung. We had multiple full day driving tours with Agung which were just the best. We stayed in Uluwatu and Agung picked us up on time to different areas around Bali, tailoring to our interests and whim. Agung is also very knowledgeable regarding Balinese culture/ history/ folklore, which made the drive between destinations educational and enriching. We for sure will always reach out to Agung whenever we’re in Bali again and will also recommend our friends to do the same.

Nice trip around Ubud and Tanah Lot - Our driver and guide Ketut was very good, he helped us to take group photos (we were 4 ppl travelling together). Especially at Tanah Lot we arrived early enough to see the sunset and stayed there for more than 1 hr and left only once the sunset had finished, so we had loads of great pictures with different amount of light/shade. Another highlight was the sacred Monkey Forest. Ketut gave us plenty of time to enjoy our time there, even encouraging us and helping us to take pictures with the Monkeys at a safe distance! Would definitely recommend it!

Knowledgeable and safe - We were a group 8 adults and 1 toddler. Ketut was Ketut is just an amazing person and everything you can look for a knowledgeable tour guide. He is very accommodating and patient with us during the 6- day tours we did with him. We thoroughly enjoyed our Bali trip because of his tours! He made us feel safe during the trips and is very good with young kids! He’s helped entertain my toddler whenever needed. He is also reasonably priced- no hidden charges. He speaks English well and has a good sense of humour! He’s helped arrange my surprise 30th as well😊 Will definitely use his services again and highly recommended for everyone!

Safe Bali Driver - Great! - It was great to be met by Ketut when we arrived at the airport feeling tired and a little disoriented. Ketut made the logistics of our holiday easy, driving us first to Canguu where we stayed a few days and later to Ubud via Tana Lot. Ketut was full of valuable advice and we readily agreed an itinerary of day excursions from Ubud as well. Will definitely contact Ketut again when returning to Bali and recommend to others.
