Excellent experience on personalised trips - We took three trips with a simple car charter from Genuine Bali Experience, but it’s exceeded our expectations by a long way! The company was flexible and quick to respond via email, though their preferred comms option is WhatsApp, and they made a range of payment options available for our convenience. I Wayan Wardana, our driver was full of advice and very generous with sharing local knowledge. He was flexible, efficient and punctual. He was also a thoughtful companion on trips with our kids, who loved him too! In addition, he has a knack for photography and we have many family photos from some of the most beautiful sites thanks to him. He managed to get us a visit with a family gamelan instruments workshop on request, showed us how to tackle some of the local fruits and was generally a friend to rely on. We have a comparison from another trip we took with a well-recommended guides company and they didn’t even come close to Wayan. I wholly recommend his services.

Budi to the rescue! - Due to the Holiday "Day of Silence" which I was unaware of, my sightseeing time was cut short. I had so many places I wanted to see but only one day. Budi was my driver and he was able to get me to 95% of everything I wanted to do and then some. He was kind, friendly and even suggested some treats and places I was unaware of. He saved my trip and made it memorable. Thank you Budi!!! I would recommend this service and Budi - I have hired other drivers but Budi was concerned and cared that I got to experience Bali.

Incredible staff - Our driver was absolutely incredible and so lovely! Ronda, did everything possible to ensure a lovely trip. We saw so many amazing parts of Bali. One member got very car sick and Ronda couldn’t have done more to help and make sure they were okay and made as comfortable as possible

The best authentic tour of Ubud - We had the best day exploring Ubud with our local tour guide, Budi. We were able to tailor the day to suit our interests and schedule - the flexibility of this was great. Not only did we get to explore some highlights of Ubud, but we also learned a lot about Balinese culture and tradition from Budi which made the experience even more authentic. And we have wonderful photos to remember our special day. We would recommend anyone who is visiting Bali for the first time to book a tour with them!

Great driver but okay food - The driver ron was absolutely amazing! The fish and food were not our type but having a guide like Ron made up the difference.
