Danan is an amazing driver - Danan was one of our highlights of our trip. His driving is perfect, made us feel safe and he also took us everywhere we wanted to go without any hesitation. He truly made our Bali experience amazing.

Widi - Our tour guide Widi was really amazing and thoughtful and considerate. He would send us details of our excursions the day before so that we can be prepared. He guided us and explained everything to us.

Widi is a star! - Thankful to have met Widi during our trip, he made it much more memorable with his kindness and gentleness. He is more than a driver, he offers great conversations and is always willing to assist. He gave us great advice on how to be streetwise and even got my sunglasses back from the Uluwatu monkey.

A must do if in Ubud! - Yesterday we went on tour with Agung Nama and he was simply wonderful! Ubud is a beautiful village and our driver Agus was so knowledgeable and helpful, told us lots of stories and gave us lots of tips. Unfortunately my partner fell ill after visiting the stunning waterfall, because of the heat but Agus was amazing and took us quickly to the hospital where he translated on our behalf. A short while later, we were on our way and he was feeling so much better. It takes more than a driver to be a great tourguide and Agung was THAT person. One of a kind!He sat with me while I was waiting and obviously so worried. Thank you once again for the amazing tour and for tour kindness and help Agung. East Bali Tours can be so proud of you. We also had an amazing guide, Danan from the same company yesterday that took us to the beautiful beaches and traditional dancing and it was an unforgettable day. Thank you again.

Amazing experience with East Bali tours and with Widi, our tour guide - We went on two day trips with our tour guide, Widi and we had an amazing experience! We went to many attractions for example Monkey forest, coffee plantation, rice terrace, Tanah Lot Temple, Elephant Cave temple, Tegenungan Waterfall and many more. We thoroughly enjoyed the two days. Widi is punctual, polite, knowledgeable, considerate and without him the tour would not have been the same! He was recommended to us by friends, also from South Africa, who made use of his services about two months ago.

We saw all the beautiful parts of Bali. With Gusti our driver. The highlight of our trip was the ATV and water rafting - Our driver Gusti from East Bali Tours was the best. He made us feel safe and gave us a warm welcome to Bali. I will definitely recommend him

Bali at it's best - Well organized and easy to use
Our tour guide was Agung who could speak enough English to answer all our tourist questions and explain everything from the culture to where to find the cheapest Arak Bali. He made our tours special and insightful. They are organised and reliable we were never stranded anywhere and they really went the extra mile. Thanks East Bali tours and special thanks to Agung. Driver could drive. - The first driver was good enough, but saw nothing because we got stuck in Sanur in non moving traffic for two hours (due to an accident so not their fault). We decided to salvage the day and turn around to the hotel which took us another hour. The first thing driver said was that there were no refunds. I want even looking for that , but that being the first thing out of their mouth really turned me off. I contacted Viator and shortly after the company contacted me and offered to reschedule, which I did, minus petrol for the first day. The second driver seemed nice enough and took took us to Besikih temple as one of our stops. We paid entrance fee and took the shuttle up to the temple. When we got off, we were swarmed by women selling offerings . I’m used to kuta, where you’re on guard for that, but these women were especially aggressive and in mine and mine daughters faces, so it threw us off because we weren’t expecting it. Ended up paying for totally unnecessary offerings. The driver just stood there and didn’t even mention anything to us. Later when we were going to take a picture he insisted that we couldn’t and that we would have to pay. We didn’t because by that time we were back on guard and asked other people. If you pay for a driver to driver, at minimum you should expect that he doesn’t sit idly by and watch you get fleeced, but at least give you some warning. At the end of the day it’s a few dollars here and there for people who essentially need it, but there should be some basic service there to help you make that decision on your own
