Not to be missed - I would highly recommend this walking tour. Win speaks excellent English, is really knowledgeable and made learning about the history of Ubud fun. I always try to go on similar tours when I go to a new city but this one was one of the best I have been on. Thank you so much Win.

Wonderful dive into the history of Ubud. - Ira was a wonderful guide who took us through a deeper history of Ubud and tied that in nicely with explaining the dynamics of family life in both the traditional and modern perspectives. Great to be able to walk along the steps of different eras, understanding a deeper meaning of the influences of the ages from the original religions and cultures to the Hindus coming, to the dutch colonialism, the two world wars and Bali today. Highly recommend for anyone that cares to look a little deeper beneath the surface and truly understand what makes Ubud and it's people tick. Thank you Ira.

Great guide - Ira was our guide, and was very thoughtful and knowledgable. We speak English as our first language and found we got responses to our questions that matched both these traits. All in all the tour was interactive (and enjoyable!).

Excellent - Had a great day with Joe and Ira. They were fun and very knowledgeable of Bali and it's rich history. We also were able to experience a massive ceremony that you would only see once every 5 years. It was amazing and even Ira was so happy to experience it was well. I would highly recommend this tour.

Educational and fun - Instructive and fun walk through Ubud with the chill guide Joe. Small group of 5 people so you have personal contact. Very good knowledge of English. He is a graduate guide and knows all about ubud, history and customs. You can ask him out a hundred times. The necessary sense of humor ensures that it remains digestible. He also gives practical tips for a relaxing stay in Ubud. Short: if you've done this tour, you'll know Ubud.
