Nice day out - Had a great day, our driver was lovely. He was polite, punctual and friendly. Bonus, we were the only 2 who booked this tour on the day, so ended up with a private tour! We really enjoyed the walking tour through the monkey forest, snapped lots of great photos, our driver took a few for us. We got to the spot to watch the herons in the scheduled timeframe, but looks like we unfortunately missed their nightly nesting/migration. Found a nice viewing spot to see the tops of the trees they nest in. Can't predict nature I guess!

Top class service - Highly recommend this service. Udi, our wonderful driver was an excellent tour guide. On top of the perfect service provided, we had some great conversations along the way. We learned alot about Balinese culture and traditions. Udi helped capture some stunning photos of our amazing experiences around Ubud. We will be using his services again at the next opportunity.

Mani was great on the trip! - Very good tour to see monkeys, birds of prey, etc.
The guide was very nice and informative and told us about what we saw on the excursion. He was also good at driving the car.

Ubud Day Trip - Komang was really genuine. He went above and beyond his job scope as a driver and very well elevated our experience in Bali. We went to different waterfalls - Tibumana, Kanto Lampo and to the Ceking Rice Terrace. He also introduced good spots for lunch in between and brought us to a dinner spot back in Denpasar! Very grateful for his thought and service.

Perfect tour for a short stay - The trip was perfect for our very short stay in Bali. We had a great taster of Bali and our guide Komang was friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great tour of Ubud - I needed a transport from Seminyak to Ubud and decided to combine it with a half day tour of the highlights of Ubud. I contacted HBD about one week before and they were very flexible and could easily arrange a customized tour for me. The tour guide/driver Dekjun spoke very good English, was very friendly and professional and recommended a great selection of things to see in Ubud. I really enjoyed the tour and got to see some of the highlights of Ubud.

Wonderful Ubud half day tour - Our guide Yogi is kind and very knowledgeable about Bali, especially Ubud. He also doubles up as the driver as well, checking the traffic information to find the best routes.
Will certainly look for HBD for my next Bali trip.

Disappointed - Miscommunication between the time of pick up, office confirms however driver writes to check ,not enough information shared… not even water provided for that price!
