Bali’s Mount Batur, an active volcano - standing at an altitude of 1717m - is a must-visit tourist spot renowned for its striking beauty, especially during sunrise. The mountaintop is continually teeming with visitors eager to experience this picturesque dawn view. To reach the peak, one option is a jeep ride - a pick up from your hotel, directly to the mountain’s base. From there, the jeep ferries you to the top of Mount Batur, a comfortably short ride of 45 minutes. While waiting for the sunrise, you can savor your breakfast at the peak. Once done, you’ll get the chance to explore the scenic black lava landscapes under the guidance of an experienced jeep driver. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture some unforgettable moments and breathtaking scenes!
