Stunning views - breathtaking! - This place is magical. The volcano looks majestic with clouds circling on the top. The lake close to the volcano looks refreshing as the sunlight hits it. We stopped at a resturant at the top and had access to amazing views of the volcano. This is worth the entrance fee and must see.

Depends on the weather - A very good view, but weather should favor you. While we was in one of the many restaurants to have our buffet lunch, we got a good view of Mount Batur, however, we couldn't get a view of Mount Agung, as blocked by the clouds. There many restaurants provides buffet/ala-carte dining experience with the view along this valley.
