Join an experienced 4WD specialist, your tour guide, at 7 am to embark on an adventure in a specially designed four-wheel-drive vehicle. Rest assured, your guide is a certified affiliate of the Mount Batur Guide Association.

Your first destination is Lava Ball Point. Step out of the vehicle and immerse yourself in the stunning landscape of Kintamani. Discover a vast cave, a product of a lava flow, and marvel at the alien-like environment.

Next, visit the site of the 1964 volcanic lava eruption. Curious about its occurrence? Your tour guide will provide an insight. Watch the local farmers busy in their small farms and vegetable patches as your guide maneuvers the vehicle through the lava fields en route to the location.

To wrap up the day, unwind with a meal and immerse yourself in the therapeutic waters of Batur Natural Hot Spring. Take in the picturesque view of Lake Batur from a unique perspective.

Mount batur Jeep tours - Subrata was a great driver and right on time Made the trip very enjoyable great location And to finish off the trip with a dip in the hot springs and lunch afterwards was a great way to end the day

A discovery of Mount Batur with 2 young children - Superb 4x4 excursion with Dica and Dekid with 3 adults and 2 children to go observe Mount Batur a little closer. Considering the lava flows and black sand. A few fumaroles in the distance. Nice pictures taken. To do again without hesitation. Thank you.

Another excellent day out - What a great day we had ,Made was very professional and good company to talk to in the car .He made us feel very welcome and spoke very good English with us.Dedik was also very good. Lunch and the coffee also very good. Would recommend to anyone

Great experience - A good driver. A beautiful road. The driver takes very beautiful photos. We rescheduled the tour three times because of the weather, and each time we were allowed to do it for free.

Super adventure.. Great organizers. - Great adventure with a beautiful backdrop of the volcanic mountains. Our driver Agus was very friendly and patient and managed to make changes to our plans upon request. Our jeep drivers and guides Deepa and Derek are very skilled and pro drivers on those rough terrains. A pleasant surprise were the hot springs. We did not expect such an elaborate setup. The kid's loved the hot water pools hence landed up spending 4 hours there instead of 2. Great team.

Friendly and warm guides. Great experience 👍🏻 - We were greeted by our super friendly guide, Subrata, who arrived very punctually to pick us from the hotel. Though the ride was long, it was enjoyable as Subrata is quite humorous and engaged us in conversation. Subrata speaks very good English and helped us take lovely photos. We were dropped off for our Jeep tour by another guide, Kadek, who skillfully maneuvered the Jeep through narrow and rocky roads. She brought us to scenic views and also the black lava sand / rocks to take photos. She takes very nice photos for us too. She brought us to the Batur Natural hot spring and we enjoyed soaking in the hot spring. After the hot spring, Subraya brought us to lunch, and thereafter brought us back to the hotel. It was a great experience riding the Jeep.

Dissapointing Jeep trip Mt Batur - The only good thing about this tour was the view of the volcano. When our driver picked us up from the hotel one of the passengers rear sestbelts was not working. He also stopped 4 times to go to ATMS, get petrol & buy cigarettes for himself. He was also driving very dangerously by looking at his mobile phone & texting all the time. Our Jeep guide could not speak English so it was very hard to communicate & the Jeep had trouble starting each time we stopped, causing abit of anxiety if we were going to get stuck somewhere. The tour was nothing like the description. We were under the impression that we were going to spend a few hours & drive through the lava field & possibly see some lava tubes etc. The driver drove about 100m into the field, stopped the Jeep then told us to get out & walk. We got back into the Jeep after 20min & drove out of the field & all we wanted to do at that stage was get back to the hotel. All in all it was a very disappointing & expensive day out. We would not recommend this tour.
