Tour to meet our needs - Guna was an excellent tour guide. He picked us up from our hotel and adapted the tour to suit our interests. He knows so much about the local community, culture, and the places he tool us to.

Wonderful intro to Bali! - I am very grateful to have Yasmika as my tour guide. Despite being by myself, Yasmika was able to keep the positive vibes up and told me all about Bali and it's culture as we were traveling from site to site. We were having great banter and I was laughing the entire time. I was staying in Canggu and although Yasmika was not able to find my accommodation at first, he was super communicative in finding my correct location. He even mentioned he left early to make sure it was the right spot. (This was probably my bad! My details on the location during booking might have affected that. Sorry Yas!)
I loved the idea of building a day for myself and choose 5 locations that I was interested in and Yasmika was able to suggest another location for our itinerary that really worked out! My absolute favorite site was the Tanah Lot Temple which was the most amazing way to end our day. I thought we might have ran out of time, but Yas assured to me we would have time to fit in extras and more. He was truly the best, thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Memorable day in Bali! - We enjoyed a full day of touring with Sudi, taking in many of the sights around Ubud. Sudi’s son, Krishna, was an excellent driver too, which is a big plus on the hectic streets of Bali! Each stop was unique and we really appreciated the insights shared by Sudi, as well as his patience in answering our many questions in between the stops (which thankfully was in the nice air conditioning of the car!)
A great tour in Bali that can be personalized based on what you want to see. Thank you for a memorable day Sudi and Krishna!

Customize and personalize - “Chris” our tour guide was wonderful. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable and kind. His car was air conditioned, newer and clean. He’s a very good driver (important on this island)
We gave him 5/6 things we thought we wanted to do while in Bali. He gave his opinion and put them in the proper order in order to maximize efficiency.

A great day out with Aris - We had a lovely day with Aris. A relaxed and flexible tour of 5 stops. Aris was a very competent and knowledgeable guide, who ably negotiated Bali's busy streets. In addition to the stops we made, we also learnt so much about Bali. He was happy to detour to an ATM and a supermarket. We totally recommend this capable and charming young man for any day tour.

Waterfalls Tour in Norther Bali - We loved our trip and tour guide! We went to northern Bali to see waterfalls and swin in the blue lagoon. Our tour guide, Aris, was excellent. He was a good driver, knowledgable about the places we wanted to go, brought a positive energy, and answered all our questions. He spoke great English too. We would book this again!

Successful day in Bali - July as our driver drove us safely and prudently through the dense traffic.

Absolutely Recommend!!! - We had the most wonderful time exploring the North East of Bali today. We visited the beautiful Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga, & Ujung Water Palace. Initially we were supposed to visit Tukad Cepung Waterfall, though when we mentioned to our guide Rio how much we love learning about the Balinese Culture. He made the suggestion to instead visit Tenganan Pegringsingan Village (the eldest & most original Balinese Village in all of Bali). Naturally we decided to visit the Village it was very beautiful and authentic. Our amazing guide Rio was incredibly informative, knowledgeable and kind. We were laughing all day and we learned so much about the Balinese Culture.
We absolutely recommend this tour to everyone and hope you have as good a time as we did, along side the wonderful Rio!

Highly disappointing day - This was an extremely disappointing experience on all counts. We thought we would have a mix of flexibility and comfort by booking an hourly based tour rather than a preset option. Boy were we mistaken. We had pre designed our tour, sending across our list of options to the tour company days in advance. We were in constant touch making sure all activities and sites were to our interest. The driver arrived on time and from the jump kept asking us where are we going, and trying to get us to change our plans. This was highly annoying as we had already designed our tour. He didn’t want us to go to several places telling us that it’s not good for us. We only had one spot that was an hour away the rest was 15 and 20 mins apart but he kept trying to sway us. Not once did he offer us water. Thankfully we had some with us. While going to the Vishnu temple he told us we needed sarongs and took us to a store to buy one. He didn’t tell us that the temple had free sarongs to wear when we go there. When we get to the monkey forest he told us would you like me to come in or will you go in yourself, basically implying that he wanted to stay in the car. We asked several questions and decided we will go ourselves. From there we were going to Ubud center to go to the palace, Saraswati temple and Ubud traditional market. He tells us to go walk to these places there is no parking. To be fair they told us this before. What we hadn’t planned was it being an extremely hot day and the directions being confusing. Again we wasted time trying to identify locations ourselves and walking in circles in the heat. We had no idea what we were looking at. The entire point of booking this was convenience of a car, he could have dropped us at the palace or temple and then gone back to the parking lot or better yet come with us. Again he wanted to sit in the car. That’s the impression we got. Overall, extremely disappointing. We decided to cut the trip short as we were so disappointed from the whole thing and didn’t enjoy our time. We were constantly being pushed and the whole thing lacked any level of service. We usually love our Viator trips and have used their services all over the world. This was probably one of the worst options. Again to be fair the office messaged us as they heard we had cut the trip short and wanted to make it right, but we just didn’t have the option. Plus we didn’t feel comfortable spending another day with them as we have limited time in Bali. Overall, just not worth it.
