Bali cultrual experience in Ubud - Definitely a day to remember that highlighted our trip to Ubud with so many memories captured to look back on & always keep close to our hearts. We had a cultural Bali experience that was well planned and booked for us. From whatsapp communication with tips and itinerary, pick up time and drivers name. We were collected by Widi that was our driver sent to collect us from our garden resort, from the first impression meeting with him in the lobby he was so friendly, polite and patient as we asked him to give us a few mins to finish our breakfast, we could sense his honesty and we felt comfortable immediately with him. Not only did he drive us to each destination but he also shared so many beautiful cultural stories with us of the Balinese traditions as we were driving, explaining to us with all our questions the reasons behind alot that may have seemed strange to us being South Africans . We understand so much more now then we did arriving in Bali 12 days prior of the culture, history and heritage. He was so insightful and had so much patience with us guiding us through the whole trip and showed a genuine interest. Nothing seemed to much or an effort for him. He definitely was more than just a driver, our tour guide, photographer , translater and became our friend for the day. He went the extra mile to make us comfortable, asked us if we were happy and needed anything ,gave advise and suggestions even seemed protective of us too making sure we are safe at all times. He never let us walk unnecessary after an activity to the vehicle in the heat, fetched the car for us and met us at each entrance and had the air-conditioning running in advance to have us climb into a cooled and comfortable ride to our next destination & back to the garden resort. Widi is definitely a gem for us as tourists and made the trip to the rice terrace, monkey forest and the arts market worth while. The happy newly weds

Beautiful Day Trip with Agung - Agung was the most amazing tour guide. He had so much knowledge about the island and everywhere we went he knew the history and explained everything. We love being in Bali but after taking this tour it gave us a new deep love for the rich history and spirituality of the island and people. He took us to extra places. Amazing service! - I was highly impressed with the service i received from our guide Widi. He was a polite and extremely knowledgeable guide who shared a lot of knowledge about Bali and the wider culture. I appreciated how he contacted us the day before to confirm the itinerary. He also provided a range of suggestions about spots to visit that were aligned to our interests. He offered to take pictures at key spots. He allowed us to freely enjoy each experience without rushing us. He also offered to queue for us in locations where we had to stand in multiple line. He made our experience truly magical.

beautiful day - We had a wonderful day with our Guide Agung from East Bali Tours. The wait at Lempuyangan Temple was too long ( 3 hours! ) he took us to Lahangan Sweet, just as beautiful and with almost no one! then Tirta Gingga, Teganan, and Goa Lawah Temple, all with good explanations in English (this is not always the case in Bali ) , in short perfect day!

Cali girl in Bali - I had an amazing day today. This is my first time out of the USA, and my guide Agung, was great , he arrived on time, friendly, very knowledgeable on the sites. We went to the monkey forest, the market in the center, and the rice fields. The Rice fields was my favorite, the views were amazing. We ended early due to myself. But I have ok complaints. 10/10 for me. Thank you so much Agung ❤️☺️☺️

A wonderful day with Agung! - Had a fantastic day with Agung! We contacted East Bali Tours via WhatsApp to enquire about a driver for a custom day trip. We wanted to visit specific places so wanted a custom itinerary with a driver rather than one of the pre set itinerarys. They replied very quickly (even though it was outside their business hours) and we booked the tour. Our driver Agung was fantastic. He is friendly and helpful, with great English. Even though we had just booked a driver and not an all inclusive tour, Agung helped us at each stop to make sure we bought the right tickets, and paid the right amount of money. He helped us get up-and-down to the waterfalls, took great care of our belongings and also took many lovely photos of us throughout the day. Definitely a reliable and trustworthy company to book with. And if you do book, ask for Agung - he is the best.
