진정한 인도 가정 방문형 요리교실 - 우리는 밤 10시 기차를 타야했어요.
그래서 남는 시간에 이 쿠킹클래스를 하기로 결정했어요. 오후 4시에 시작해서 9시에 끝났어요. 저희에게 완벽한 시간이었죠.
짜이를 시작으로 짜파티까지 직접 반죽하고 롤러로 밀었어요.
함께한 사람들은 총 6명으로 모두 친절한 사람들이었어요. 인도 가정집 방문 느낌으로 즐거운 시간을 가졌어요.
한가지 단점은 주방에 환풍기가 없다는거예요.
이것 또한 현재의 인도를 그대로 나타내는것이겠지요.
아무튼, 좋은 가격에 즐거운 경험이었어요!

Absolute lovely experience - I enjoyed the cooking class with my girlfriend. Summarising, both the class and Rekah and her husband have been absolutely lovely. In the class, many different dishes have been covered, including dishes with expensive ingredients that you hardly find in other cooking classes. Besides the class, the overall atmosphere and conversations were very welcoming and casual. After leaving them, we felt like we hang out with friends.
Absolut recommendation.

Fantastic teacher and experience - Rheka was a fantastic teacher and host. She warmly invited us into her home and we made chai tea, pakora and two main dishes with bread. She even made us lassi because I told her we liked it. She was happy to answer all our questions, don’t hesitate to book.

Experience to be remembered - The experience of meeting this couple will linger with us for a long time. We were privileged to be guests in a local Indian home being taught how to cook traditional food. We highly recommend these people and their cooking class.

Authentic Indian homecooking - We had a great morning with Vimla and Akhilesh, they are a lovely couple. They made us feel at home. We had the demonstration on how to make the very best chip tea. We just started preparing vegetables, when the daily visit from the cow arrived, followed by the milkman. The experience is very authentic. We had the best time. The curries prepared were all delicious, we look forward to trying them out at home. We wholeheartedly recommend the cookery class, it gave us an insight into life as well as fantastic recipes and methods on how to cook exceptionally curries

Great and Friendly Cooking Experience - My wife and I had a great time cooking with Rekha! She was very easy to follow and the recipes were delicious. The whole experience was so fun and comfortable. Her husband made a guest appearance and they made us feel like old friends eating a meal together.

Hands-on class with amazing large meal & such friendly hosts! - Loved the hands-on cooking class with Rekha! We learned how to make not just one but 5+ different recipes in a welcoming home kitchen with local materials and all. We really appreciated that Rekha provided everything we could need, including aprons, drinking water, snacks, lots of interesting facts throughout the class, afterwards an electronic copy of all the recipes we learned, and of course the veg dinner towards the end was DELICIOUS. One of the best Indian meals we’ve ever had.
Best of all, Rekha and Akhilesh are both SO friendly and we got to know them better, chat about cooking and cultures, and learn about local festivals and traditions. This was our favorite activity of our entire time visiting Udaipur.
HIGHLY recommend for anyone visiting Udaipur!

Learning how to cook Indian in a very relaxed & friendly home - Rikha is a lovely person and a great chef. She introduced us into the secrets of Indian cuisine. We really loved learning about the basics and the little tweaks that make every dinner a special one. Thank you for your time!
